Throughout my life I have dealt with horrible insomnia and night terrors and a few years ago my sleep was getting so bad that I was staying up multiple days at a time and starting to have hallucinations and stuff like that I started to get desperate looked up different sleep remedies and all that and I came upon ASMR one day and ASMR has helped my life so much and I just wanted to let you know how genuinely grateful I am for doing what you do and helping others who may be like me.

ppl do that alot so just look up asmr mermaid brush and if you want you can add with mouth sounds sassysounds has a really good 1 hour one :)
