Rreally appreciate this video. I've gotten my golfer's elbow from climbing. I've watched a bunch of videos, but this was the first one referencing the ulnar nerve which I feel has been impact me as well. Thanks for the exercises, will put them into my rehab program.
Thank you, will give that a try. I had this golfer elbow for about 3-4 months and it seems to get a bit better but I still feel the pain probably at level 3/10, just need it completely gone
I've had chronic Golfer's Elbow for the last 5 years paying tennis. It always starts from the excessive pronation on the serve and then is followed by pain to the forehand. I tried following the standard care of RICE, but it seems I can never get back to 100%. I tried icing daily followed by Diclofenac ointment also but it never fully resolves. I do lack in patience but I will try to follow your advice. ( you mentioned 3 months...ouch) :)
Hello Physiotutors. Isn’t it more efficiënt to do only eccentric weightlifting as opposed to doing both concentric and eccentric exercises as rehab for tendinopathies/tendinoses?
@@AK-ow8zn There is an authority on tendons. Her name is Jill Cook. She has done many clinical trials and research in this area for 20 years or more. She does not believe that eccentrics are best as this way of working muscles is not normal and therefore not necessary or beneficial. Is it normal to feel a clicking in the elbow when doing ulnar glides? I think my ulnar nerve is being pulled over a bone and making a clicking noise and sensation

Yeah was wondering the same. Its kind of confusing as some will tell you just do eccentrics and concentrics
