Tinnitus में आपको कानों में एक घंटी सी सुनाई देती रहती है। Hyperacusis में आपको आवाज़ों से दर्द होने लगता है।

Jab se maine ye video daala hai, mujhe 100s of comments and messages aa chuke hai. Mujhe roz kuch messages Instagram par aate hai, aur vo mujhse help maangte hai. Mai sabki help karne ki koshish karta hoon, aur mere suggestions se bahut logo ko faayda ho bhi chuka hai. Mai vo ilaaj yaha likh raha hoon taaki sabko faayda ho sake:
Aap lijiye:
Neubion Forte, din mai teen baar
Vitamin D3, teen din mai ek (milk ke saath)
Gingko Biloba, din mai ek.
Aap ye 1 hafte regularly khaaiye, aapko faayda hona chahiye. Fir aap Vitamin D3 ko once in 3 days kar dijiyega, and fir uske baad once a week kar dijiyega. Bhraamri aasan (Yoga) bahut helpful hota hai, to use bhi regularly kariye. Caffeine, spicy food and sodium bilkul avoid kariye and apne kaano ko noise se bacha ke rakhiye. Audiologist ke paas bilkul jaaiye, unse mujhe Hyperacusis se deal karne mai bahut faayda hua. Mai better feel kar raha hoon. Beech mai kuch din mujhe ears mai fullness feel hoti thi, magar maine fir se upar likhi meds shuru kari, aur mai ab better feel kar raha hoon. Though mujhe ye dar rehta hai ki meri hearing risk pe hai. Isiliye mai apne ears ko protect kar ke rakhta hoon. Ear plugs pehenta hoon. Aap bhi apne ears ko protect kariye. Tinitus ka koi upay nahi hai. Yoga kijiye har roj morning and evening. Cold item pura avoid karo. Ayurvedic medicine kshar tel two drop roj kan me dalo. Sarivadi vati, giloy powder or vati lo. Dashamula tel one one drop nose me dalo. Apka kan thik ho bhi sakta hai but aur kharap nehi hoga.
I have also been in this postion But you have to be positive. As you brain starts ignoring the sound though it doesn't stop.

I'm 18years old, i started hearing buzzing noise in only one ear from few weeks. I really got stressed and cried every night because my studies are getting disturbed, can't stop my overthinking. Im trying my best to live with it but its taking me so much time to accept it that its always gonna be there no matter what. My only suggestion for everyone is please don't search it over internet like me it can make your condition worse

I have it for 10 years now, hyperacusis and tinnitus both. Very loud tinnitus. I wear ear plugs all the time to protect my ear from further damage. Mine got from listening to loud music. Initial year were hell, still some how with god grace I am able to manage it. I wish I had never listened to loud music

Nishant your talk is so inspiring.. My daughter who is 19 has started experiencing tinnitus since last one week. She is really very distressed and feels it may have been triggered by loud music. She is a music lover, a student who is staying away from home.. I am in lot of pain as I can't do much for my child.. She visited a doctor who told her it will never go away 😢 . We have now told her to go to a ENT next.. She has become distressed.. Stopped listening to music😢 and I am worried it may effect her studies and her quality of life. I am suffering with tinnitus, I use home remedy mixing of 5 ml of organic garlic oil, castor oil, olive oil, sesame oil, few drops of tulasi ark for my ear drops... slowly it is decreasing. Hope this helps others too... 🙏

मुझे पाँच साल से बाएँ कान से सुनाई नही देता लगातार घंटी की आवाज बजती रहती है। डॉक्टर्स बोल चुके हैं की ये अब कभी ठीक नही होगा अब समझ मे नही आ रहा की बाकी की जिंदगी कैसे कटेगी। हमेशा भ्र्म होता रहता है की आवाज कहाँ से आ रही। अभी 32 वर्ष की उम्र है पूरा जीवन नरक हो गया

How much change did you notice post therapy and how many sessions. Were you taking any precautions during therapy as in inhouse protection or outside.

I also had tinnitus for 3 months, it is gone now, no ringing sound. I have also offbalancing problem . I'm fighting with it since 2018 may or June still counting have practiced yogas intermittently but didn't got result. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.. I also have tinnitus since I was 16 years old.. it is like sound of a grasshopper or constant very low volume whistle. But, it is not that bothered me as much. I am now 34 years old, in last 2 months I began to feel vibration in the left ear after a high fever. And, an ENT treated me for sinus infection (with antibiotics) but it is of not much use.
I am doing WFH & my most of the work is through headphone & laptop. I also got my confidence down & depressed because I can't even listen properly on the headphones what the others are saying as I only can hear that vibration in my head & ear. ENT is saying it will remain as it is...
But after watching your video I am not giving up my hope and will go to an Audiologist for the therapy. May be it will be of some use.. Gingko biloba may be of some use, I am taking it for last 2 weeks the sound frequency gets down a little, but may be that will work after a while.

Brother muje 2019 se tinitus hai due to heavy cold . and when i went to the ent he saw that my eardrum is rapture after some medicine and all that my ear drum is fine but after 1 months there is a sound like tiiiiii in my right ear then i went to another doc the saw my ear and he saw that my eardrum is bend inside then he gave me some medicine and some exercise after this my tinitus is almost gone like 95% but it is hard to cope with left 5 % and my another ear is also got effected and it is having cracking like sound in my another ear after cold when i swallow 🥺

My tinnitus started on 10th September 2023.... i have got 3 shots for nerve stimulation and reduce inflammation..... but after that many side effects in my body.... and still the ringing in my ears has not stopped yet... however, ringing i can handle now.... but the side effects of the treatment has became worse....

Hi! Nishant, I am going through the same exact thing you are going. I have gone to 100 ENTs and they all say that there is no cure. Did the steroids do any good or was it just the audiologist's exercise and vitamins that made a difference?
Steroids didn't help much. Other things worked better.
