    Hey, long time no see!That's a pretty good guitar, in the same price range the Charvel Joe Duplantier (Gojira) model looks really interesting as well. It's a telecaster shape as well. The pickups might be slightly better (Duncan Designed)I'm seriously considering getting one for 6 string low tuning

    Hello, thank you for your video... it is very complete... Regarding the negative aspects, I do not consider that the guitar slips on my legs, especially if I wear jeans... (unless one is wearing cotton clothing, overweight and I have to play almost lying down... I play sitting down and especially standing up... About the pickups, I liked them a lot... Well, it's not an expensive guitar either. Can they be improved? without a doubt... there are hundreds of Seymour Duncan alternatives... But few guitars come with that brand as standard... and almost all of them, even high-end, if you are demanding, you will end up changing the pickups... That is, the stock pickups, they can always be improved... About reaching the high frets, I don't need that... Finally I think it is a great evolution to the traditional telecasters, with perfect cuts, a very comfortable radius and it is definitely the best guitar in that price range... Even now that I have it, it made me want to sell a Fender Mexicana and a PRS Koreana that I think I won't need anymore... It's the best guitar in that price range... Are there better ones? yes, but they are more expensive... Regards and thank you

    I have this guitar in black and I love it. I'm a middle-aged beginner a few years into my guitar journey, had plenty of money to throw at a new guitar but after trying many guitars in lots of different stores over far too many months I settled on this TE-200 and I have absolutely no regrets. In the hands of my Grade 8 shredder friend this thing sings like an angel, proving that any bum sounds I get from it are just down to my crappy technique lol

    Dude... Your review are the most extensive I have seen on YT. Thanks man... I am gonna get this for my next guitar. I honestly don't know how I have missed this TE200 when it appeared in the market, but maybe coz I was not interested in Tele shape guitars. Since now I do, and are torn between Jim Root's and the Tele HH, it seems the TE200 got 99% that I wanted from a white colored tele. Thanx man... u shd get a pay out from ESP LTD.... hehehehe...

    • @ForTiorIJohnny
      @ForTiorIJohnny  Рік тому +1

      i put Blackouts in mine. that still works when you manage the wiring in the small electronics cavity. i did however only install one volume knob to have room for the battery. Fishmans i think have more complex electronics and wiring. that might be a bit too tight.

    • @diegosalas2048

    I've had a chance to shootout this guitar with my PRS se CU24 and Gibson SG. The LTD played and felt great! Neck and frets were spot on. Good balance and the finish was nice. The electronics and pickups are a good step or 2 below the PRS and Gibson. They pups on the te200 are pretty hot but kind of thin in comparison.

    I'm torn between this and the John 5 squire Tele. Both about the same price. This has the colour and look I prefer, but the John 5 is an actual squire (almost fender!) Tele so has the classic Tele headstock as well. Sounds petty but I'm a stickler for that as well

  • @jezusmylord
