I played HS football as a running back and also had a try out at a University for a scholarship as a sprinter in the 100 and 200 meters and was on a record setting 4x200 team, so you are completely wrong with your assumption, those guys are slow to me. Soccer is boring to me, so what. If soccer players tried to play in the NFL I assume they would last about 4 plays.
I forget just how intense football is until I see non-Americans react to football 😅 they're like, "it sounds like a car crash!" "how much that must hurt!" and I'm sitting here like, "damn, he lost hold of the ball" 😂

@@alonenjersey No they don't broadcast on TV. Besides the NFL gamepass, there is a Korean site where you can watch 3 selected games per week by only paying about $3 per month.

when i was younger, i played football for a season. i was really good at running the ball for the exact reason these girls said. i was so scared of getting hit that i was just in complete survival mode. i only played a season because of it.

These guys are top athletes in their physical prime, ready to give every effort in order to win games. They are well paid and expected to be ready every week to do battle on the field.
Some answers to some of the questions that came up, for the people who are unfamiliar with American football.
Grabbing a person's facemask / faceguard is not allowed and will result in a penalty.
Intentionally striking a person in the head or neck is also not allowed and will also result in a penalty. So, yeah, that cleat to the face probably earned his team a penalty.
Also it sounds like a car crash because it kind of is one lol
I saw that game it was like 4 seasons ago yeah he was definitely penalized.
Oh, he was definitely penalized. He tried to hurdle but didn't jump high enough so he just changed his mind and kicked him directly in the face. A whole bunch of the yards he got on that return were erased because of it. Still one of the funniest things I've ever seen happen in a football game. I remember watching it live too.

We love these players; they deserve their $$$ and more.
Worst sport to play is probably wrestling or MMA. Incredibly physically demanding and damaging to the body with very little pay unless you're the best of the best
These guys are average 111kg of muscle and 1.88m tall but they are able to run so fast and jump so high. The football field is about 91m long so when you see them cross the whole field in seconds it's amazing! They are almost as fast as some track stars. And they can jump taller than each other, that's so crazy!
Koreans wear football pads/helmet and play American Football for the first time. It would look hilarious and be super entertaining. You are welcome 😂

Every NFL player has played through an injury too. My parents had the privilege to meet Johnny Unitas before he passed and my dad said his hands were just wrecked from all the years of playing through broken, sprained, and jammed fingers.
@@ranga1cat our HS principle was a former pro packers player. That mans body was absolutely fucked up to , his legs pointed in almost 2 different directions standing straight up and his fingers were all sorts of fucking mangled it was insane

College Football Player here. If it makes anyone feel better, both teams are required to have team doctors to help players and ambulances just in case someone gets hurt. The pads aren't really used for protection, but more for weaponization of players. However, most of these players were trained since they were young (10ish is average) to take these kinds of hits, as well as learn how to keep themselves safe.
I love when they react to American Sports like nba, nfs, nil, mlb, mls, they should do more

Idk if anything mentioned it, but the game is also really dangerous. Injuries when playing like this can be brutal and there has been rising concern over the years over a degenerative brain disease called CTE that can be caused by playing and getting too many head injuries.

Just to respond to the early comment - Americans do love soccer (football)! It's especially popular amongst younger generations, across all demographics. Obviously, there are a lot of immigrants etc. here too that enjoy the sport. The percentage of Americans following soccer may be lower than the percentage in other countries, but with a population of over 300 million, the raw number of supporters is very high. American football probably won't be dethroned, but basketball and soccer are seeing tremendous growing in popularity - especially when compared to baseball and hockey.
If you EVER make it to America be sure to attend a major college or pro football game. Get to the
stadium early to enjoy the tailgate parties (pre game BBQ lunch) then go in and see/feel the vibe!!!
