100% agree on doing free work to get started and learn 'on the job'. My most valuable experience and lessons were due to free work. My top tip is to look for local charities doing any events, they're usually very grateful and you get to help a good cause.

Great video guys. I like the simplistic approach, comes across less intimidating than over channels out there. It's great to see what you guys have done through hard work and that hunger! I wanted to ask which software did you use/would you recommend for planning out a spec ad like you did for the basketball vid? Btw, your links don't seem to be working!

Yes we're having some issues with the links. We use Milanote to do our pre-production.
