Great video! when filming reale state videos how long does it normally take, what do you tell the ageant? also what's the norm with how the process works, does the realtor stay with you the whole time? is the house vacant or are the home owners their watching lol I would prefer to film alone to focus better
Hi Mat, when you start I would say 1.5 hours. But when you get really efficient it usually only takes about 45 min. It also depends on the size of the property (e.g. unit compared to a mansion). In terms of the process, most of the time we're alone with the property. But sometimes an agent may stay with you the whole time. Home owners usually go out so you can film the property.
@@jonoandjason oh i told them 2 to 3 hours lol also this is a really hard question but what percentage roughly would you say of realtors would give you future paid work if you do a video for free and their happy with it?
@@edi18912 Hi Mat! That's fine. The more time the better if you're just starting. In our experience, I'd say more than 50% if the properties they usually sell are high-end homes.
