  • This week recipe - Homemade Seafood Tofu 海鲜豆腐. This deep fried tofu dish consists of soft egg tofu, fish paste (can mix fish and prawn paste), carrots, spring onions and coriander. It's really simple to make this tofu dish at home, which taste the same as you get from Chinese restaurant!
    Recipe for 4-5 pax
    Fish paste 鱼胶 - 180g
    Carrot 红萝卜切碎 - diced 40g
    Spring onion 青葱 - 1 stalk
    Coriander 芫荽 - 1 stalk
    Egg tofu 蛋豆腐 - 3 tubes, 120g each
    =Seasonings=
    Sugar 糖 - ½ tsp
    White pepper 胡椒粉 - ¼ tsp
    Salt 盐 - ¼ tsp
    Fish sauce鱼露 - 1 tsp
    Sesame oil 麻油 - ½ tsp
    Egg 鸡蛋 - 1 pc
    Cornstarch 玉米粉 - 3 tbsp
    Serve with sweet chilli sauce 沾上泰式甜辣酱
