I’m a big fan of doing hamstring isolation exercises first on leg day. John Meadows the goat recommended it because it warms up the knees without putting strain on them, and most people lack hamstring compare to quads so do it when you’re fresh. Been doing it for a few years and have seen great growth with no real effect on quads. Great video
I actually do this in most cases for myself now. Picked it up from Joe Bennet. Also helps manage fatigue and load since my back squats lead to a LOT more fatigue and my quads grow (at least show better) easier relative to my hamstrings. So i tend to put Hamstrings first since it’s a priority
Love the idea. Is your goal to get as much as you can out of your Triceps and Biceps? Assuming that’s what you’re doing my pairing tris with back and Bi’s with chest?
@drewdowd.22 Yes, because I only worked them through the compound lifts and pull-ups. Then switched to back chest, shoulders arms, legs.. but fatigue kicks in with those big muslce groups paired, thank you

Thanks for the great video! I'm taking notes now.
Drew good channel man. What do you think of back tris day, legs, chest biceps day shoulder day, repeat
