- The Golden Arches currently offer some individual items on its $1, $2, $3 menu, but it may be rolling out a new value meal for just $5.
Its still 5.00 worth of garbage. Don't buy it.
It's not even worth that.
Stop buying.. easy fix
Yep just get a George Foreman grill and buy $10/pound ground bison.
They shrunk their food meats, chickens, by like 20% to 30%, and it has less ingredients. Their burgers, chickens are smaller and flatter than before.
A cooked Burger at home is like four to five times bigger than their Burgers.
Their food is not the same as it was years ago. They shrunk their food meats, chickens, by like 20% to 30%, and it has less ingredients. Their burgers, chickens are smaller and flatter than before.
Inflation tends to do that.
Actually, it's the exactly the same.
Yea 5$ with 2.39 tax
Unless I am traveling, you'd have to pay me to go to McDonald's.
They artificially kept the price extremely high to force a $5 menu instead of a 1$ or $2 menu this is an insult to consumers.
Just ask yourself why are they charging us double, while they're buying the same ingredients at 2019 prices.
BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT

I don't go out to eat anymore. I'm perfectly capable of cooking my own food .
I only cook at home. Best way to go.
A 5 pound bag of potatoes cost a few dollars..a bottle of peanut oil cost a few dollars,, .. for about 7 dollars you can make a lot of French fries,, and they will be fresh and hot when you eat them.
Your healthy is probably thanking you as well.
And even so, the corporations are showing record profits, since 2917!
McDonald's annual gross profit for 2023 was $14.563B, a 10.26% increase from 2022
Buy yourself a burger press you can load your patty with diced onions etc & have fun making them. Place leftover buns in the freezer.
And its fresher especially if u get the neat from a butcher
Biden increased food prices no matter where you get your food.
I remember when their patties used to be at lease a centimeter thick. Now they are literally like half that. So higher prices for smaller portions for the same unhealthy crap...why even go there anymore.
McDonald's annual gross profit for 2023 was $14.563B, a 10.26% increase from 2022
Sure sounds the Clown's doing fine at the top, eh?
Also remember, McDonald's main business is real estate. Selling food is secondary.
When I want a burger I go to Dennys it's served fresh.
Too late MCDONALDS.. i make my own burgers at home...
Try BK - Their kids meal is literally a normal sized sandwich like a double cheeseburger, small fries, a cookie, and a juice for $5!
I would be happy if they'd stop screwing up every other order I place. That more then the higher costs have reduced my stops at Mc'Ds. No ketchup, there'd be only ketchup. Just a Sausage McMuffin, there'd be egg. More than once, I'd had ordered a hash brown too, but had to go back because they failed to add it to the sack. The worst, was the time I ordered two basic hamburgers, no ketchup and I had to go back 3 times. The 3rd time with the manager standing there, I opened each package and found the meat patty was in pieces. And not once did anybody offer me a refund or a discount. Not once.
Just stop buying fast food
should go back to local resturants skip the ones with ceo's
@@gasdorficmuncher9943 Every restaurant has a CEO, someone has to be in charge.
You mean stop eating at large chain restaurants and frequent your local family owned type restaurants.
I literally had a quarter pounder with cheese after 10 years and it’s not worth even eating there the food is horrible! Cold and just disgusting 🤮
it's not probably going to work out for me because I buy 4 big macs 3 large fries and 2 chocolate milk shakes
Nope. Not buying it lol
Send a message to the share holders.
STOP BUYING this overpriced garbage....
$5 menu:
Small fry and packet of ketchup
I very rarely eat at a McDonalds (or anyplace like them) but when I have my burger has NEVER looked like that. It always looks like it was thrown into the box from 5 feet away.
$5 is expensive for the amount of food you get with this meal.
Taking away consumer choices is Democracy.
How do they remove all
trace of flavor from the food ?
Good point indeed!
This is the paybacks for the lockdowns / government checks
double double with animal style fries and a drink costs around $13 dollars at in-n-out. the best tasting fast food for very good price at today's standards.
I've been hearing this supposed move by McDonald's, but not from McDonald's. I think it's most likely propaganda to get the chain to do something. We'll see.
Canned dog food is cheaper and better for you?
They weighed it. Doesn't weigh much.
$5 for $2
I never really liked McDonald's anyway and they really don't want me as a customer, they sure don't advertise to me.
Here's an idea mcdonalds. Stop giving your executives millions of dollars in pay raises. And instead use that money to pay your employees.
I drove away for good after 2 Hamburgers and an Ice cream cone came out to $7.50
Buns like hockey pucks, barely any meat, dirty old stores... McD is awful.
I dont eat baby myself.
$5 hamburgers.
The fast food industry provided a way those with lower incomes to go out to eat and feed their families. Under inflation, and the attack on the fast food industry in California (with Newsom's mandated minimum wage increase), the industry, as with all America, is facing higher overhead costs. Biden's inflation is starving low income families and creating more poverty.
Those families can no longer afford to "eat out", nor can they afford groceries. Many will say "grow your own food", yet majority of these affected Americans live in the inner cities, they have no land in their apartments and tenements.
It is all tied to economy and inflation. Under the current administration the country is being smothered through high taxes and government spending.
The only way to bring back sane prices is to create an environment that promotes job growth, innovation and wealth.
You cannot create wealth for the nation by creating stricter regulations on corporations, taxing business and increasing taxes on the wealthy. Those policies only make matters worse by making it more difficult to run a business, hire more employees, expand or start a new business.
You can try to blame the prices on greed (in some cases it may be true), but for the majority of businesses it is the increased overhead costs.
Government hand outs are not a permanent solution and only creates a society reliant on the government. Not to mention, driving the nation into poverty by the increased taxes.
Yes, I am playing Captain Obvious. But am I really?
Reading many of the responses, I truly wonder.
Lmao people still eat McDonald's?😂😂
Dollar Chicken Sandwich $, mcdouble and 4 processed chicken nuggets.Junk no big mac's no quarter pounders no falaya fishes
4 nuggets really insane
All of them are like that... Wendy went up too. JR bacon cheeseburger 5 dollars by itself.
never coming back im 50 done with them thier greedy thier ceo
Try new jersey McDonald's, you will pay separately everything and can come up to 25 dollars,
Who cares
Fast Food prices themselves out for what they serve. There are too many options for better food when you get to a certain price point. It's not even basic economics its basic math. More options mean more probabilities of outcomes and those outcomes increasingly go against you with more options added. But do that new math and go out of business...you won't be missed.
We good Mc
😂😂😂😂😂, makes sense, stopped eating out.😂😂😂😂
Its been dollars for decates, but you still have to pay 8 dollar extra 😅😅
Get woke go broke. It’ll be better for your health in the end. FJB
