Woooohoo what a mean video ma bro good way to learn what to take out on your ocean dive sessions and the strayline gear cheeeehoooo 🤙awesome whanau #StraylineAotearoa
I Thank God everyday for making Crayfish , Paula . Wow bro I am so impressed another level Bro another level. Watch out for 100k coming up soon . A shore diver more than most I would like you to add 1 more safety equipment to your Kit , attach any where float or knife .A really Good whistle yes orange whistle would be great. I use it for Sharks and alerting friends about Sharks in the water calling in the boat over area. Instead of swimming back and forth.,,. Those Crays are beautiful.
Within reason bro yes, I mean if you're diving in an area that has high dive traffic, the chances are less likely that you're going to find crayfish in shallower water because they've most likely been cleaned out, crayfish can even be in 1 metre depth if you put yourself in the right spot. Don't push your depth if you're not ready bro, but always strive to keep working on it in small steps😄 dive safe brother
In these dives what's the sort of recommendation on breath holds like how long should you learn to be able to hold your breath for going for crays etc ?
Churr bro, first thing I would say about that is always dive to your own limits and never try to dive to someone else's. Obviously the longer you can hold you're breath the better but really it depends on how deep the crays are and whether you can equalise your ears and handle the pressure the deeper you go. If the crays are in 2mtrs of water you won't need as big of a breath hold, and if they're deeper you'll need a bigger one🙂 just try to stay relaxed and move slowly, you use less oxygen this way and it doesn't convert to CO2 which triggers the urge to breathe
Nice work bro 👏 this one would of taken a bit of time 👌 on point this is going too help a lot of people get a Kia once you Crack the crayfish code it's like the heavens open up 😆 🤣 chur bro 👍 keep them coming
Awesome bro, and yep definitely took me a while to make, as you'll know I missed a lot of information out but I could get carried away and go too indepth into things and thought it might be easier to keep it simple and let people work some things out for themselves. And yeah .. once you crack the code it's on aye, you just start to know there's gonna be something there once you see it from a distance, we have to get in the water together one day bro🙌
@@kaidownunder7870 what's your thoughts on wettie spear gun's bro looking at a reef pro for $310 100cm just in case of a king but I don't won't too buy another gun after this lol 😆
@@FR3WY yeah bro, should do the trick, could even double up the rubbers for more punch, I want a kingi real bad. Headed up Milford way this weekend hopefully, fingers crossed I get eyes on a kingi👌
great footage cuz what's your secret with the hooker sea lions .Otago coast seems to have more than there fair share. and although I haven't been bitten they have a tendency to chew my fins.bit unnerving
Can't say I've come across many to be fair bro. Usually only come across females who are pretty chill, they usually just glide around beside me but some times can be protective of their pups. Yea I bet that gets on the anxiety levels if they're having a go at the fins😅😂
Tip: If you get in a predicament like getting Tangled in kelp or being stuck in a cave or something like that, always remember don’t panic
Exactly bro, nice! When you feel like speeding up, just slow down 👌
