Lemme tell you a great substitute for Boba Pearls:) U can use Compressed Tapioca pearls aka Sago aka Sabudana (called in many Asians countries) Pro tip: Soak them overnight in water before actually using them because they are compressed. Hope it's helpful:)
I made these pancakes and a tip I have is cooking the pancakes for less time and on a lower heat. But maybe thats just for me everyone had a different stove
