Zulu Time by far! Especially the green/anthracite
Yeah in photos and videos it's amazing but in person I chose the black with blue GMT hand!
Own it for a while. It’s great watch in every way.
Just ordered the green gilt 39mm
Good choice, I am a green bezel , 42 mm owner. @@alexandrecastro1044
I have the 42mm Zulu , Green Bezal, Love that watch, I also have the Tudor ,Seiko and Grand Seiko. Really like the Mido Oceanstar as well
I just bought the Longines Spirit Zulu 39 mm with green/black/gold dial and brown leather band. It is absolutely gorgeous!
Very nice video, by the way! Kudos!
My favourite one is the Tudor GMT, but with black dial. Many thanks for a great video.
What a great video! Always appreciate and enjoy the incredible content you are putting out and especially liked the hands on portions here showing each watch individually! I would love to get you one of our watches some day and hopefully we can make that happen! I hope all is well on your end!
All the best,
Ben
I have the Tudor BB GMT with the white dial. Wasn’t sure which color dial o was going to get but after seeing the watches in person, the white dial wins no contest. The opal color gives the white some warmth and really makes the red and blue on the bezel pop. The black is well…just matte black. Doesn’t add much.
Awesome video. Cool to see Monta in here. I own a new Oceanking and am a huge fan of the brand.
I especially like the subtle GMT hour indications on the Mido model... if the 24 hour numbers are large, I think I would find it confusing trying to switch frequently from one time zone indication to the other.
The microbrand GMT I would go for is the Farer GMT with the blue dial. Great watch for the price. Hard to differentiate between the Zulu time and the Grand Seiko. I’d probably go for the Zulu unless I was travelling a lot in which case I’d go for the GS because I wouldn’t have to worry about it gaining or losing time.
You left off a great office GMT with great specs and a ETA2893 movement with super great lume, the Foliot.
I have had the new Charlie Paris Concordia GMT for a couple months now and it is great. It just makes sense and has largely become my daily wearer.
I have the two Mido GMT, this model but in another color and the Mido Ocean Star Decompression Worldtimer the orange version ;)
Certina has also a GMT version (same mouvement as Mido)
Great selections of GMT in this video ^^
I have Longines Zulu Time (Green) and Seiko SSK003. I love Longines the most. Tudor is the third one but at the higher price.
Great lineup. I have the Grand Seiko SBGN027 and the Monta Skyquest GMT and they are both phenomenal.
The Skyquest exceeded my expectations , I have the opaline dial version.
Impressive getting a solid group together at once - its nice to compare dimensions
SBGN027 wears/conforms like a 38 and low legibility in some lighting .. Longine good finishing, but long flat lugs. Theyre both 39mm and wear quite differently .. Hyperion at that price point? Pure class. On bracelet w bubble dome, all are 39mm and all wear very differently from each other. No real life experience w any others
the grand seiko quarts gmt can be picked up in the grey market for anywhere between 1200 - 2000 bucks . its a steal for any price under 2k , the finishing is top Level and seiko Quarts are some of the best in the industry if not THE best .
Tudor BB GMT S&G with leather strap. I love it.
I can personally recommend the Tag Heuer Formula One Calibre 7 GMT. I purchased it nine years ago and it’s just returned from Tag after service looking brand new again. Great looking watch with a blue-black bezel, amazing lume and super accurate performance, +2 seconds a day.
The new Seiko SSK023 is a great travel GMT too and it looks closer to the Grand Seiko GMT
nice list!
That Longines is a stunner! I like Tudor but their GMT is way too chunky. I’m sized out of that watch.
Monta Skyquest will be my next watch!
I bought an opaline Tudor gmt about 6 days ago. By far the most expensive watch I’ve bought. I absolutely love it. Is it accurate? In 6 days its now only 5 seconds fast, so less than 1 second per day. It’s really gorgeous too
Gotta be the GS. Class act.
I liked that Lorier Hyperion! Very nice, travelers GMT and good price
Should have included the Lorca Model No.1 GMT as the only compact GMT watch at 36mm, 200m WR with date available in the market place.
Casio Royale has entered the chat...
MONTA Skyquest on a white dial is what I would get if I have money, but right now im going for the Lorier 👌
I love the Tudor , and the Lorier !
Tudor BB GMT Opaline is my next purchase for sure.
My to 😊 In few days. Can't wait !!!!!!
I don’t care much about the Mido brand but now is paying attention after seeing its up close look.
Wow, great engagement with this video! Would love to edit your scripts to avoid the bumps on what is otherwise a smooth enjoyable ride. For example, “bar none” is used in completely the wrong way, as is “purview”.
Monta m-23 movement is decidedly Not "fully in-house". It has a Sellita SW330-1 base.
The IBWC is always messing it up for the rest of us. That Zulu is fire.
Zulu time perfect👌
Teddy watching out..what an extremely well done video!
My favourate is the Omega Seamaster 2234.50. Perfect in size, weight, 300m water proof and a true GMT.
Depends on the type of travel.
A vacation travel GMT might be a diver gmt. The longines hydroconquest is nice but the bremont descent 2 is what I got.
If im spending 3 grand, its not on a quartz GS gmt, its on that sick Longines Zulu. Good video.
That Mido😊
Christopher Ward Sealander GMT punches well above most on this list, shame it wasn’t included.
Zulu Time any day of the week!
The Squale 39 Sub GMT should have been included as aesthetically it's up there with the best.
Take a look at the Ball roadmaster pilot GMT, I think it is the best bang for your buck GMT.
Good choice, and Ball Outlier are also good choice. Their weakness is 42 hour power reserve that lower that Longines and Tudor.
I love the Tudor Opaline, But my wallet hates it. BTW, what is that song playing in the background? I'm grooving to it.
Just to let you know. The Monta doesn’t have a in-house movement. It’s a modified Sellita movement 👍
It’s a 330-2 sellita with Montas label on the rotor nothing special but … Sinn 105 UTC same exact calibre all that said my choice by far would be the Tudor it keeps time until almost end of power reserve by the way why review of the Tudor Pro 🤔
In 21-st century I would think it would be possible for the second hand tovactually line up with the markers... but apparently not
Pan Am passenger? Thought the first Rolex GMTs were created for Pan Am pilots. LOL. ;)
TIMEX is nice
the best GMT watches for travel are radiowave or gps that can instantly switch timezones. Casio Oceanus, Seiko Astron, Attessa etc
Cheaper: AE1200WHD-1A, missed the Citizen GMT, and finally (times change) new Tudor Black Bay GMT (thinner). You are a bit fixated on Pepsi, remember there are other "soda pops"
The Grand Seiko by a mile.
Why no Explorer 2 ?
seiko&Longines&Tudor are best.
The best value for a quality automatic GMT is the Glycine Combat Sub GMT. They cost $600, have a Sellita 330 movement and 200M depth rating. They look fantastic and are very accurate.
How accurate? Like cosc?
@@jonathanyngI have a bronze version and it consistently runs +3 seconds per WEEK for me. It is amazingly accurate.
@Mountain-Hiker wow... I have an old rolex datejust that runs +1 sec a day and that is by far my most accurate auto watch. +3 secs a week is crazy, I asked because I was thinking of getting the glycine for myself. My only gmt watch is a seiko mod that tries to look like a rolex gmt and that one is 5 mins fast after 3 weeks so it's not good.
Have not heard anyone call it Rolex a master GMT 2 before
why can‘t tudor come up with a bb58 sized gmt. there is no really good gmt out there
Timex vs Lorier GMT? Which one should I pick
Lorier looks nicer to me.
For travel? And pretending G Shock or Garmin Instinct aren't a thing. The Seiko 5 - a decent watch, which wont hurt too badly if you get robbed, or you destroy it.
Lo mejor es un Casio. Nadie te lo va a robar
❤❤❤
grand seiko is best!!
Divers watches always cracks me up. Nobody uses these for going below 50m. Nobody. I've only seen 1 or 2 people in the past 5 years claim online they go below 100m more than once a year.
Nice images, hard listening
Hmmmm ok’ish video. I would have preferred the watches matched the title and ditched the desk GMTs many videos out there doing the same which is a pain. It would have been good to ditch the desk GMTs and replace with some traveler GMTs missed….Marloe, Smith, Ball, Jack Mason, etc.
Disappointed with Seiko. Should have had a screw down crown and ratchet unidirectional bezel.
The seconds hand on the MIDO is an embarrassment to quality control.
A horrible mess, even from far away.
christopher ward c65 aquitaine gmt is a notable miss
For GMTs if you cannot get a Rolex then it’s could be a Tudor.
Explorer II
Was included in their editorial guide
Glycine first, Rolex second.
It's not a secret.
You left the ball watches out. Great informative video otherwise.
Where is Rolex GMT? 😂
very limited review, missed a lot of good GMT watches which is a lot cheaper.
So many watches, so little time! Thanks for watching 👍
Zulu time
No breitling chronomat?
For me personally, Longines is beyond competition..
Why isn't the GS seconds hand ticking?
