      Hello~ I checked as gram. flour 122g (= one cup = 250ml) and hot water 55g (=70ml) plus little salt
      1. knead the dough for while
      2.put in the plastic bag
      3.put refrigerator for 1hour up to 3 hours.
      4. cut like rice cake shape ( as like on video)
      5. boiling water and then add mill tteok(=flour cake)
      6. cook 10 to 15 min until tender and take it out
      7. put into cold water.
      this flour cake (=mill tteok) is less chewy than rice cake(=tteok) but give you soft tender texture.

    Which rice flour is best for making tteobokki GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR OR NON GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR*? PLEASE REPLY

      Sorry for late response… No alarms😮‍💨I prefer glutinous rice flour. By the way, this video’s recipe is based on regular flour, I will upload rice flour tteobokki recipe soon. Thank you😊
