The moment that lady said implicit bias she lost me. In 2020 there is no implicit bias or systematic racism in policing. There are individuals (rarely) that are racist, but they are few and far between. There is behavioral bias and that's what makes a cop good at his job. Act like a turd, look like a turd, smell like a turd your probably a turd. I consider myself a turd expert. And cops have been de-escalating for decades. The training should always evolve yes, but the idea that this does not happen is flawed. Just because it does not work does not mean it does not happen. These changes will be interesting to see how much is really new and how much of it is just put out in a different way.

Well, it takes a turd to know a turd. Happy you say racism doesn't exist but then openly admit to shutting down when someone says a racist's most feared word: "implicit bias." Fear shouldn't have to run your life and yet you've actively allowed it to so much you got a job based on it. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink it.

@@cocopuffmusic I never said racism does not exist. You are like every other libtard that does not read what people actually wrote or said. and puts words in our mouths with your own spin in it. Your the kind of person that files a complaint and when the body camera shows an officer did nothing wrong you say well that's not "my truth", the system was stacked against me. Everyone is out to get you. Implicit Bias is another term used by people who have no clue about police work, to complain about good cops doing, good work. I don't fear it. I understand where the term comes from and will NOT tolerate it in my training classes nor will I teach that kind of garbage. See I AM a trainer. I train cops to do police work. It's ugly and dirty, and dangerous sometimes. Never has race entered in the equation in my 21 years of doing the job. It does not have to. Criminals bring enough attention to themselves by committing crimes, and by a million other ways, not because they are of a certain race. You have to have community buy in yes but to think that the criminal behaviors of a community would be excused because of race is outrageous and that is what Implicit Bias training means.

@@coldandaloof7166 @Chief Lorax No one said race excuses behavior. Maybe the AG wouldn't have these videos if you spent as much time doing some introspection on why this topic makes you so defensive as you did writing angry comments on you tube. Racism isn't a moral issue. It's a public health issue. It's not even your fault but it is your responsibility to unlearn these things because if left unchecked many lash out and feel angry about it. Epigenetics is a large factor. ua-cam.com/video/4SwOEcJL_mA/v-deo.html
There's lots of articles on the neuroscience of racism. No one's stopping you from getting help. Respect yourself enough to

More hours. That's all it was. They did little to nothing to add to proficiency.

You know NOTHING about what it means to be or what it takes to be a cop.
You and Governor Dewine have set police training and community relations with Police back a decade.
Reform needs to begin with the politicians and the courts.
    What a joke

Amen to that. Gov. Dewine has his sights set on a higher office just like Kaisic did. 2 crap Governor's in a row. Absolutely disgraceful. He does not run it anyways. His handlers make all the decisions for him to insulate him from any controversy.
