We wanted to bring in another lady (the lovely Alana) to test out the same fragrances to show everyone smells a little differently and how they perceive them. After we were done filming with Kaylani we were determined to find what she really loved in a Man’s fragrance, turns out, it’s the darker night time scents.
Perfect Vid guys. Been waiting for this for a while now. Getting girls of different age groups to give their opinions. As I personally find frags like Eros really get great ratings from younger women( 18-23)... but very average ratings from women 28 and above
Where are you guys located? What's the weather there year round? She was spot on with her negative ratings 👍. Couldn't agree with her more. Especially that Lacoste white bottle. How can you spray that in high heat? It's terrible. But then again I'm in India. Summer means 46°C average
Spraying scents on paper and then fanning it just ruins it for a try ..It needs to be spayed on a small piece of glass ,tile or even a piece of high grade plastic that resist chemicals from solvent degradation ..Fanning it in the air makes no sense either because it degrades the scent also ..
If anything the biggest take away from this video should be that no matter what the "fragcom" community thinks is good, theres always gonna be someone that doesnt like a fragrance you wear, or maybe even fragrances period. So better to play it safe if you are even think about collecting fragrances or really get into hobby in general and just wear what you like with in reason. I know ultimately these sorta videos are what is most "Fun" for people to watch on youtube of course and when you have a hobby its always interesting to see if someone likes something you like. But at the end of the day theres no guarantee . So many dudes out there just watch lists and want to pick what ever someone else has said is a good fragrance and maybe they dont even like it themselves, and this just goes to show you, you might get fucked if you do that. So just pick a fragrance that is reasonable and that you like and go from there.
She would be PERFECT to bring back for the upcoming Fall and winter colognes She isn’t a citrus person but she would like colognes with tonka beans, cardamom, cinnamon etc. Great video guys keep it up 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Jensen Gwee she’s just talking about what she smells. Obviously we look out for our guests as the ladies have been harassed a few times, and limiting that as much as possible. But how she interrupts what she smells is all her interpretation :)

I saw all your other videos and it seems that ultra male is not so popular it would be interesting if you would test versace eros how they like that smell (or do a clubbing scent video and include wanted by night). Also a cheap parfum test would interest me and probably many others the scents nautica (seems to be popular), davidoff, coach for men, montblank legend spirit, lacoste white, jaguar race, (porsche 180) thank you.

Automatic like guys! I really enjoyed Kaylani, She was honest and coming from a guy I value a woman’s take on fragrances, but I have some just for me, it’s about compliments and the feeling it evokes imho. I would love to see her back for a fall/ winter darker fragrances video.
This is a good video because it tells you how much of a swing in taste of scents can one women differ from another. That's why I always go off what my wife likes and a few that I love. I bet she likes strong manly fragrances. She would probably like Fahrenheit. It's evident that fresh scents remind her of cleaning supplies. I also bet she like Aqua Velvet or Jovan Musk after shave.
If these guys were filming this in Miami or India I'm sure she may've rated them higher but she was spot on with few of her negative ratings. But I need her opinion on the best fresh, clean scent because she's very picky & honest. Unlike other professional UA-camrs who promote garbage
Guys - another great video coming out of SoCal. I felt Kaylani was a little picky, but taking a step back, I have owned or tried a number of the fragrances she didn't like and I didn't like them either. I used to own Chanel Allure Homme Sport but gave it away (prefer Versace Pour Homme which is similar but better). Gucci Guilty I never owned (but tried) and thought it was bad. First Instinct - same thing for me. I do get where Kaylani is coming from. If you got her to spell more commonly popular fragrances like YSL L'Homme or Sauvage or Bleu de Chanel, I wonder what she would have said. Anyways, you guys are great. I like your videos, love your guests. You guys love fragrances and are having fun doing this!
Jose Vancouver after we were don’t filming we had her smell some of the heavy hitters and night time scents and she loved those. These were just not her favorite. I’d rather have honesty any day of the week :)
MrAlexLowen part 2 coming. The decant and the sample I got from Macy’s are the same. I’ve gotten powdery, but then again smell can be subjective. I got two compliments with it the first day I wore it.
I have to say...props to the guy on the left for his stage presence. Notice how he engages with the people in the shot but periodically makes eye contact with the camera. I wouldn't be surprised if he went through some form of training.
Allure Homme Sport is a great scent but spraying it on paper just is wrong and does something to the notes..It should have a strong citrus mandarin smell at the first opening ,and she calls it play dough..That is way off the mark ... Paper testing is not the best way to do any one of them..The paper has something in it that just changes it for the worst ...Spray it on glass / small pocket mirror for a test in order to get the true scent and no fanning it in the air so the scent will not be broken up.
Hey guys! I love what you do in getting the ladies reactions and the direction of your channel. If I can be as polite as I can, my main criticism of what I have seen so far is that you have ladies rate a majority of fragrances that are "hype train" all-stars. For future videos, if possible, I would like to see ladies rate some fragrances that are under-the-radar "hidden gems" like BANG BANG by Marc Jacobs and Entebaa by Rasasi.
PROFESSOR X we will sprinkle in some of those, but won’t ever do them full time. As, if you have no ability to go to any kind of store and smell Something like Rasasi, blind buying can be a bad experience. The ability to go to a store and be able to smell it on your skin is always a factor. But we will sprinkle them in here or there
Loved the honesty. I guarantee she would like some of these fragrances after they dry down on one of you guys skin. Also I know exactly what Kaylani is talking about when she says that the Chanel has a play doh opening because one of my favorite is Chanel allure homme sport O extreme and it has that opening sometimes but only for about 5 minutes.
She’s terrible. Allure Homme Spirt and Lacoste L.12.12 Blanc are amazing fresh scents that last 8 + hrs. You guys need to add Chrome Sport to this list. Peace.

The only fresh citrusy scents I have are Chanel Platinum Egoiste and Pineapple Vintage Intense. Not a big fan of em either. & my SOTD is Parfums De Marley Layton 👍😎

I'm just extremely shocked how someone can rate just about 8 out of 10 fragrances with an extremely low rate. I heard they had to reformulate polo sport because some of the ingredients weren't safe and it wasn't allowed to be used. I don't know how true that is. It's interesting how people can have different opinions regarding smell. Although it makes it interesting and a bit weird, you should invite girls who like fragrances for every ocassion, I for example don't enjoy oriental fragrances. I find niche fragrances too strong for my taste. Most of them are not my cup of tea. Price does not make a fragrance great or bad either.

She Just like good stuff guys. She only like the niche one, and excellent perfume period . Let her try an Amuage epic you’ll see. Or something dark and good: Tabaco oud . Even the Zara u pop up once in a while ... I guess she would enjoy that too .

To be fair that Lacoste white bottle is literally 💩💩💩. It smells terrible😖. Because of it's white bottle I thought it will be perfect for summer but it's one of the worst frags I ever smelt. It literally sucks. Was a surprise that Lacoste has that garbage in it's line. Back in the day, they had a really good one called Lacoste Challenge.

Guys there may be something wrong in your decant of AGD Instinct Absolu... In my experience it doesn't smell powdery at all and girls love it.

Gym scents don’t need to be complicated. Just clean and fresh, and 1-2 sprays max. So you would be good with that!

This girl’s taste is above boring generic designers. Nice to see someone actually do not buy into those, in my opinion, crappy fragrances. Those she tried, except bergamote22 and dior homme cologne, are the worst fragrances on the market today. Good nose!
To be fair that Lacoste white bottle is literally 💩💩💩. It smells terrible😖.
Because of it's white bottle I thought it will be perfect for summer but it's one of the worst frags I ever smelt. It literally sucks. Was a surprise that Lacoste has that garbage in it's line. Back in the day, they had a really good one called Lacoste Challenge.
