noise on steering wheel steering Toyota with rattle/knocking noise coming from steering column.

This 2013 Toyota Camry is in for a rattle noise coming from the steering when driving down the road. I also has a knocking noise when shaking the steering wheel from side to side, Any one would mistake this noise for a bad steering intermediate shaft, But its not,

2014 prius V had this problem. after months I found a mechanic familiar with the issue. Fixed and done. Cost $1200. Toyota said replace strut tower assy $550. Final fix cost $660.00

Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I have a 2014 Camry LE that I will have to replace that part as well.
Question: Didn’t the star piece in the middle of the damaged part need to be installed onto the new part.?
