Am currently do photography and I was thinking to buy the Sony A7iv because I want to film sports and do sports photography but some people tell me the crop4k60 is a deal breaker so I was thinking to buy instead buy a Sony ZVE-1 and plus I think the Sony ZVE-1 I think have the vehicul and I film want to do car videography so I don't know what I should buy if I want to buy a camera that is good for sports photography and a sports videography. Hope my question is not too long. And thank you in advance if you answer me your video is very helpful but I want your opinion on my question between what should buy to continue taking good pictures but do good sports videography and car video so I need to have a good tracking camera in video and photography.
Decide what you want to be known for as a videographer and then film that thing a lot. If you dont know what you want to niche in then just try filming everything and you’ll figure it out. Whenever you make something share it with the world, then go onto the next project. Sharing can be as simple as posting to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc at first. Rinse and repeat this and you’ll find yourself with a ton of work under your belt after a while. The best of this work can be consolidated either as you go or periodically onto a portfolio website where people can go to specifically see your work and contact you for work-related inquiries. When I first started I used the Portfolio program that comes free with your Adobe subscription to make a website, and now I use Squarespace, but what works best for you may vary. Once you have a lot of work under your belt and your best work built into a simple website that people can easily remember you can begin driving everyone there to find your portfolio of work.

Where does one typically go to look for freelance sports videography jobs?
Cool conversation.
Cheers!
I was waiting for you guys to recommend the fx30. Would you recommend that model as well?
I would! But it wasn’t in the “budget” range we would reco for beginners unless you can swallow the price point
how do you make a portfolio as a videographer?

What about the A7iii, i currently shoot on that, going between pp8 (cine4) or pp7 (slog2)
It’s a great camera still! Definitely usable.
@@JuanMoralesCreative thank you! What pp do you suggest ?
@bronx6458 cine4 ideally - slog is great but with 8 bit it’s tough to get the best out of those picture profiles!
@@JuanMoralesCreative How do you feel about using HLG with the a7iii
@@isaiahtuck9319 Also a great option!
