Simply Woodworking - Let's make a spoon

Not my first spoon, nor is it my best, but I just fancied whittling a spoon. So here we are. It is, as always, very relaxing to whittle stuff. Highly recommend!

Interesting prelude. in your stropping intro, your strop looked wet. Definitely not the green compound. Q: What medium do you
use for stropping?

It's just the shiny side of the leather. which was especially shiny. I like to use both sides of the leather as I imagine they have different levels of roughness. I'm not sure it's true though... :)
