Nothing is shocking ,the government has a sting on low crimes & none on major country crippling crime syndicates.I had just started my nursing training and special investigation unit came to my training hospital to call me a criminal who is getting social grant illegally and I had to pay for that yr plus interest.
It can't be that the government is the custodian of the police, that's why things don't get investigated as it should be. The police should be governed by civil society and accountable to the citizens of South Africa, funded by tax payers money with zero interference from politicians. No high rank police official should be associated with any political party.
