Your video is great! You show and explain the moves very clearly. My mom and I both have Sciatica issues so I'm looking forward to trying this with her.
Doing this every morning is helping my SI joint pain. But I wake up with the pain and have trouble getting to the bathroom because it hurts so much. Do you have a stretch to do in bed before I get up to help loosen that up?
Glad this is helping! Before you get out of bed, I would do a combination of glute squeezes, pelvic tilts, and rocking your knees side to side - all while lying on your back. Just get some warmth & lubrication into your joints is the most important thing! 👍
I love these stretches and you are amazing at explaining and guiding!
Thanks so much!
I’ve been doing different things for almost a year and the relief I have in the last two days is unbelievable. God bless you.

When you say tuck your tailbone under do you mean pull your tummy in to the back
I feel a lot of cramps fr the back of my right leg
Could be your hamstrings cramping - super common, but it will go away if you continue to strengthen your glutes & hamstrings.
