Okay. So the little lines are the 8th the line bigger than that is the 4th the line bigger that which is between the 8th is the half. After every 7/8 is the number of the inches.

You can’t measure you’re height yourself.. you need someone to help you do that

Don't tell anyone but I just learned something. So is it the same sequence with Two inches 2/8, 2/4, 3/8 ,2/2 ,5/8,3/4, 7/8, 2 inches??? I'm trying to learn how to measure to put up my own curtains. I should've paid attention in school 🏫.

Glad you learn something!!! Yes same sequence …. Just keep adding up the whole number with the fractions to get your next measurement. Eg 1 inch +1/8 . 1 inch + 2/4 and so on till you get to 2 then you continue with it
