I like how slow she takes her opening statement, easy to follow, and she does an outstanding job making eye contact with the jurors and being friendly with a courtesy smile; however, a bolder and more directive tone couldn't hurt her side. There's a strong difference between being rude and being directive over something, she seems too soft but maybe that sweet tone couldn't be so awful after all for this case. Joe sounds like a d*** (jerk), but I'm glad the jury only took 2 hours to convict this guy... lol!
@Alex F Just because she won doesnt mean she has no room for improvement. Im sure the evidence was overwhelming, or another attorney did the closing argument. She needs to show some emotion.
I couldn't stand her voice at the beginning. But, she started to pose her deposition and it wasn't bad. But she focused on weak points. She should have drove into them the fact that Tina was the strong arm of this family, and he was apathetic to the point that cause Tina to feel belittled. It's so easy at this point. You missed the mark, girl.
I am so screwed for my mock trial...
SAME
Lol, you all will do fine. If it's not a trial team competition, then just read your opening. Nobody will give a shit so long as you're prepared.
I feel the same
Just put a lot of emotion in it for your opening statement it’s not what you say but how you present it...
SAME OMG
I like her softer approach when they yell it can be a bit of a headache to listen to. She got the point across and easy to listen to.
She is great. She must be impartial, therefore no emotions. 100% business. No pressing. She let the jury make their decision.

What is the job title of the first woman reading the details of the case and what exactly is she doing?
She makes a great opening statement.

Talking about a dead person without emotion, doesn't sound genuine

She needs to show some emotion.
@@Bruss813 Prosecuting is hard. Professional separation needs to be apart of the job. Can't get too attached. She did well. She got paid too.
@@Nazinsky I said "some" emotion. Also, "she got paid too" is an odd line. Prosecutors get paid peanuts compared private attorneys.
@@Bruss813 I know - I know the salary is definitely..unfair, in a sense, at least to me. I mean, she's just doing her job. But to each their own.
she look and sounds like she is 15 year old
zzzzzz
