- In a recent development, the Hawai‘i Department of Health (DOH) Office of Health Care Assurance (OHCA) has taken action against Nenita Mauricio and Private Home Duty LLC for operating an unlicensed adult residential care home (ARCH) in ʻEwa Beach, Hawaiʻi.
Well, I think she was just trying to help them and make an honest living. Times are tough for everyone, so vote out corrupt politicians!
Funny you think the can be voted out.
I came across one of these, buggahs getting paid care for mentally challenged seniors while having them do labor for their catering company... Shameless...
They stole the senior's social security numbers and all the info to commit all kinds of fraud.
At the same time, things are so expensive why not get some senior roommates.
Filipino care home 🏡
'some' people are getting belligerent. This isn't like the home country where you could pay the authorities off.
People trying to make money everything is expensive and the state take a lot of taxes from the people what you government expect🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Making money the right way, unlicensed business is not the way...im sure they probably didn't pay taxes on the income they earned from that illegal care..
Willful disregard of state laws has huge consequences. Now she may lose the house.
All about 💰
Hefty price for ignorance of law.
