@@Adamerhartvideo I am also waiting for such video? The target market is difficult to define because the product is not always different. For example, I want to work on cosmetics but am quite vague about the target market.
@@hienminh2086 You can ask yourself questions like 'who would be the best fit for this product and why?', 'who already uses it?', 'who do i want to work with that needs this?', 'what problem does it solve for this particular set of people?'. Try and define a 'niche' for your product, that is a specific set of people that your product is for (don't just say 'everyone that wears makeup'). For example, you may say, your product might suit 'those with dark completions and sensitive skin' (very specific set of people that you can now talk directly to. If you can talk directly to them and solve their pain points and problems, you'll do very well!. If you can answer those initial questions though, it will give you a much better idea of the type of people suited to it. Then once you have that, you can start to reallllly get to know that set of people through things like Facebook groups (finding relevant ones filled with that target market and talking to them, see what they are complaining about etc), surveys, cold calling and asking the questions you need to ask and more. I hope this helps! :)
