      Unfortunately many asthmatics, including myself are allergic to Chamomile. Is there another tea that would be as effective in this recipe for sleep? Peppermint tea maybe or would that be too stimulating?

      Dear Thomas DeLauer
      As you didn't write anything in the other video I try writing here.
      Regarding your video 'My Carb Cycling Experiment - Maintaining Benefits of Keto while Eating More Carbs'
      Interesting video. It got me thinking!
      Fasting completely does not really work for me, while I have no problem keeping a diet that gets me in moderate ketosis.
      What if you instead if fasting after the 3-4 weeks with carbs, ad in some days of keto diet? Doesn't it seem likely that would force the body to keep the ability to burn fat in the same way as when you are on the Keto diet full time?
      Hope to hear your thoughts on that.

      I tried them too but made them with the equivalent of Glycine and I wasn't happy with the "frozen" consistency. How was your experience with that? I was thinking of adding something to bind the ingredients rather than freezing them and putting an ice cube in my mouth before bedtime.

    Speedy method for those equipped with a Vitamix and a 32 oz container (or equivalent) : 1) pour the coconut cream in the container directly, add camomile concentrate and run it at high speed until fully liquified from the heat generated by the friction of the blade with the cream; 2) reduce the speed sprinkle the collagen through the orifice of the container cap; 3) add vanilla extract and blueberries; 4) run at high speed until homogeneous

    Speaking of tea and fat, look up mongolian milk tea, it's tea brewed in half water, half milk (get the fatest milk possible, or just put a little bit of heavy cream in there), with a little pinch of salt added, and also little bit of ghee!
    You don't need to add ghee if you dont feel like it, but I highly recomend trying it out, tastes amazing! If you don't have ghee, try adding a tiny bit of salted butter instead, also tastes really nice
    Regardless, tea leaves in half water half milk with salt is the standard
    If you wanna make a more fancy version, do all of the above, and before you strain it into your cup, put a tiny spoon of roasted millet in your cup!
    I'm telling you, as someone that actually don't really like drinking tea, this stuff is AMAZING

Another good thing imo is a low carb tortilla with crushed tomatoes and a little mozz. I freaking love pizza and i feel your pain. Sometimes i bite the bullet and just get a real pizza and thats better than anything and doesnt gum up the works too terribly

    why would you take these in the afternoon? Melatonin should only come on at night when we go to bed.
    You said the word nap and also 2pm;
    Im more interested in helping to get a deeper, longer sleep period
    So I take this about 45 minutes or so before 1030pm ? If I target 1030pm?
