people/breeders who dump animals they deem "flawed," need to be held financially responsible for the care and upkeep of these animals. right now, we're trying to find a foster/adopter for a dumped rare white sweet, gentle German Shepherd puppy because of a "flaw." Thanks to all humane rescuers.
I completely agree with you! I hope the German shepherd puppy finds a better new home soon!
If people stop buying from breeders, the problem would go away.
Adopt, stop supporting these industries whose financial success often causes neglect and abuse and abandonment due to the thin profit margins.
It's like the drug problem: if nobody bought drugs, then the dealers would go away. That's not likely to happen, but people can teach their children not to support animal breeders, set a good example and adopt their pets.
But everyone wants their "pure" breed designer dogs and cats, and what they want is more important than not supporting a negative industry.
It's sad.
@@Boogie_the_cat I personally always adopt and believe a temporary ban on all breeders until the animal overpopulation crisis is over would be best.
There are some that surrender them to shelters because they can't afford to take care of conditions like cleft lip cleft palate.
What some consider flaws... others consider perfection..
Get your puppers story out there. Channels like this and others would give you "the pick of the litter" (to coin a phrase) of adopters to chose from.

I have always talked to my cats, even the deaf ones. I marvel at how they seem to respond appropriately most of the time. I wonder, though, if they look at me and wonder, "Doesn't my human have an OFF switch?"
Ha! That's a funny thought! It's true, our furry friends have a way of keeping us entertained with their antics. Who knows what they're really thinking! 😄🐾
As you said, we spoke to our aging cats becoming deaf.
I even developed a kind of SIGN LANGUAGE with our MEG . I always looked into her face and our conversation started.
My best girl MEG you were such a wonderful cat mum.
In later years, you looked after me. Early in the mornings, you washed my face, into the ears, my nose, combing my hair.
You brought home rabbits, put them onto the stove waiting to be cooked by me : " No RABBIT PIE today, my wonderful MEG ! " ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Our new big boy CATNIP, 2 years FEBRUARY 24, keeps us working for him.
Oh, yes., we are employed by him. Only today I had to rearrange items on our WELSH DRESSER.
The last days he was persistent to jump up.
I had to say : " no, CATNIP, no ". Tonight I had enough, saying NO. Took a few items away, placed them somewhere else, and big boy was happy. " I knew, in the end you would make me space, meow !"
We love him to bits. By the way, he is cat number 6. ❤❤❤🇩🇪❤❤❤

Proof that there are no ugly cats, this little kitten is even more precious because of how weird it looks. Just make sure not to feed it after midnight, you never know what will come out of this little gremlin.

As a human with a child who had trouble latching on... my child latched onto the bottle like a pro.
The nurses explained to me that a bottle is less work, easier than breastfeeding for them.
I don't know if that's still true today but if it is?... I could definitely understand and relate. Takes a ton of energy to be born... moms aren't the only ones doing all the hard work. ❤

I have had a cat answer me when I asked it two questions... The cat answered "Now" and "No", which were perfect responses to the questions I had asked. They know way more than we imagine.

I speak to all my cats (4 + my daughters) every day. They like it. Some answer back others lay on me and just make biscuits. A stray momma cat had several litters in my closet while I was out of town celebrating my grand daughter’s birthday. They really add a special touch to your life. They are part of my family.

I have always had talking cats I just LOVE it because I am single I can talk to a cat and people won't think that I am talking to myself, ha ha ha but its great when you have no one else living with you and they are your buddys and some of the purrs are so cute too and when they see a bird they chirp too, so many different meows.

I talk to my cats AND I talk for them, kinda like how Christof has his conversation with him reindeer Sven in the first Frozen movie (which was the only good thing I liked about that film).

I raised 5 kittens from day 1, their mom was 6 months old when she got pregnant she was a good mom but like all cats she will select kittens who are apt for survival and neglect the rest. Well that didn't sit well with me so I decided I will make sure all five of them will survive, so i went to pet stores and bought powder milk special for tiny kittens and I used first a small siringe (without needle) and fed them every two hours, if you read instructions you will know how much and how often they need to be fed according to their age (in weeks, months) so I fed the babies the mother was neglecting and also the healthy ones. I can tell you by the end of the two months they were all healthy and playing together and I managed to give them adoption all of them ❤❤❤❤❤
My yellow cat always talked to me, especially in the mornings. Her named was Taco, so my daughter called her, "Sir Tac O lot" 😂 RIP 🐈

You have such wonderful purries in your life. I had a half Abyssinian half unknown neutered fellow, tuxedo/tiger tabby. He was a lean mean purring machine. About 6-8 years old, he was learning some words an short phrases of human and what they meant, and I learned his ‘cat-ese’ or what he meant. He knew about 40 words and we could actually have conversations. One afternoon I was talking with him, and my spouse watched and observed us. I translated for the cat. Blew my spouse away. You have the best life. (As I soak my legs and my fellow came to sample my bath water. It’s his duty to check flavor and temperature ( no more bubble bath is a small price to pay) )

My dearly departed wife used to raise Persian cats and sold quite a few. Our breeding male was white and odd eyed. The ones that were not show quality were just sold for less (but with all shots and fixed too). Dumpers are the worst sort of people. I had a kitten that I kept. Minnifur lived to be 22 years old.

I have a cat who had two liters I talked to her how good she is being a mom first time was not easy 2nd liter she knew what to do. She had 8 of her first liter. Only 3 made it out they are indoor cats. The 2nd liter is 6 sadly two didn't made it out buried it with their older siblings. So the mom cat is nursing her four kittens.
