I've been putting food out for a stray kit for about two months now. Not everyday, nor the same type of food. One day recently, I had no leftovers for him. He actually said "aw nahhh". Now when I have food, after he eats, he'll yawn, have a big stretch, scratch the tree and run away. I think he likes me. 🙀
So nice of you feeding the poor cat. Is it posible for you to keep the cat as your pet ? Give it a warm loving home 🐾🐾♥️♥️ cats are good loyal companianship too :)
Be careful feeding stray cats. My son and I moved to a new town with five cats. I started buying 10 kg bags of cat food and feeding all the strays. (Later found out numerous others, just in my street were doing the same) then we took in a pregnant stray who later took off and left us with 5 kittens Then when I finally purchased a little home for my son and I (actually for the cats) I was so excited picking up the keys to our own home. I came to look through the empty house on my own. As I walked to the back door a cat was there, heard me coming and started meowing loudly for food and water! Anyway 6 months later he still lives here, the kittens have grown and we have 12 cats. They are mostly indoors - we are building a catio out the back, but one of the cats likes to hang out with the kangaroos at night time. They nibble on the grass out the front and the cat joins them like they are family. Sometimes I sit on the front porch at night and watch them all. I’m pretty sure all the animals communicate with one another and discover which houses to go to for food and water. There’s also a ton of birds and possums too. Now we have to get the (now grown kittens) desexed. Lousy vet won’t even give us a discount for bulk desexing! Lol It always starts with feeding a stray or two lol 😂
@@frankboff1260firstly you are Awesome…most cities have a stray cat alliance organization..that has much cheaper spay and neuter. My cat just passed away a few months ago and she was the most special cat in the world. I just came across this video and I had no idea other cats could talk. My mom used to tell everybody about my cat. She could say "Mom" but she would say often. Especially if I would leave the house. At night it was trouble to get sleep because when she fell asleep, all of a sudden you're hear " Hellooo, Hellooo" what happened to track her down in the house in a and I'd have to have it with me because she can't stand to be alone or in the dark. She would also say "I love you" she was so special. I miss her. What sweeties! Cats are total gifts from God😊
My cat says hello when we come in the room, or when she does. She also calls out "mom" when she is looking for me, and says no when she doesn't want to do something. Cats are soooo smart!
My grandma had a pair of talking cats. One scared away a visitor when he told Grandma 'Mama, I wanna go out'. They both completely understood English, could tell time, and say some words.
My son had a street cat that he rescued, estimated to be about 7 years old, severely injured and underweight. I didn't meet the cat until he was restored to health. At that point he had only recently begun to vocalize a regular "meow." His voice was so hoarse! Like he had never used it. I suppose he had chirped to other cats, using wild cat vocalizations, but he was usually silent. When he did meow to people, it was just a short greeting. I moved in with my son and talked to Percy the cat quite a bit. Every afternoon when I got home from work, I found Percy sitting at the door, and told him, "Hello!" Then I would say nice things to him and give him some pets. After a couple or few weeks, he started meowing back with a longer greeting of a series of clipped meows and chirps, and then one day he actually meowed, "Hello." It was clear as day. That went on for months, but I didn't mention it to anyone. My son was usually still at work when I got home, so he didn't hear it until he had a day off work and was near the door fixing something. I walked in, said "Hello" to Percy, and Percy lovingly said, "Hello" back to me and rubbed against my legs. My son looked on in astonishment, and asked in disbelief, "Did he just say 'Hello' to you?!?!?!" I told him Percy says "Hello" to me every time I walk through the door, even if I've just been out to get the mail. After that my son started making it a point to say, "Hello" to Percy when he got home, and Percy started saying, "Hello" back to him, too. I don't remember if my son had ever given Percy any specific words of greeting before that, but it was always a lovely reunion whenever my son came home, as Percy expected to be picked up and cuddled over my son's shoulder, and then he would flop backwards in total trust that my son would cradle him like a baby in his arms. So it's not that my son had been ignoring Percy when he got back home. It's just that he hadn't specifically been saying, "Hello" to him. It just got more adorable when my son did start adding, "Hello" to the greeting routine.
Ok, that’s just too precious ❤❤❤!!! One of my dogs when he’s being expressive or stating his opinion, if you heard him close enough, it sounds like he says “‘I love you!!!’”
I got a cat a year ago and I named her lucky. My sister really wanted a cat,but we would have to move to a new house. My aunt found 2 cats that were recently born in the wilderness. Luckily, my Grandma lived around her. We went to her house for the holidays. When we were getting ready to leave, we met our kittens. They were amazing! This was my first time getting cats. We showed everyone our cats and let everyone hold our cats. Everyone loved them! The weirdest thing was I wore a shirt that said lucky. What a coincidence! Everyone asked me "Did you wear that shirt on purpose?" and I said "I didn't even know that I was going to name her lucky?" When we got our cats, it was around the time of the Superbowl and because my cat was a stray, she wanted to run around.I had to hold her, but when i switched cats with my sister, she almost ran away. That's how she got her nickname "lucky strike". She still loves me to this day and is allowed everywhere except the attic. The moral of the story is adopt stray cats if you will and watch the Superbowl
I love the back cat one. Reminds me of my daughters cat. After having the cat for about 6 months, she felt so guilty leaving the cat alone all day. She could tell how lonely he was. she asked me, “ is it weird if I want to get a pet for my pet”😂😂😂😂. A few weeks later, one of her friends was moving and had a black cat she couldn’t bring to the new apartment. She asked to keep the cat for the weekend to see if the two cats got along and that was that.
I had a cat who understood English perfectly. She had her tail draped across a plate with a partially eaten piece of cake on it but hadn’t noticed. I said, “You know you have your tail in a plate of cake don’t you?” She turned her head and looked and with an, “oh shit, I do!” expression immediately removed her tail. My response: “I knew it! I knew you understood better than you let on!” 😂😊
I had a cat one time that was very smart. I went to stay with my married daughter. The cat came too. One morning we could not find him even though he was in the house as he never went out. Eventually we found him very cosy and curled up in a box that was on top of a wardrobe. It was a box with a lid which he had had to remove to get in and the most alarming part was, it was a box which was lined with (now shredded) tissue paper because my daughter had her expensive wedding dress stored in it. The dress though unharmed had definite cat body imprint in it.
😂❤One of mine had never uttered a peep until she came back from being spayed. She started trying to say ''I love you''. Three of them say "out?" by the door, and one has started saying "yahoo'' or ''wahoo'' ( because he heard it spoken by a prarie dog on several videos.)
I have 3 cats. One of them says a few words. She'll tell me no when she doesn't want to do something I've asked not to do. Until her, I'd never heard of cats talking. 😆
The first two clips are the best. My own cats communicate almost entirely in trills, but tonally they say _mrr_ when they answer a question and _mrr?_ when they’re asking one. The only time the female meows is to let me know she’s found a toy she wants to play with and is bringing it to me, and the only time the male does is when he’s demanding food, in which case it always sounds like he’s yelling “NOW!”

I would love for my cats to say "mom and hello" guess I have to work hard at it, I love all cats they are just too cute 😺❤️
Some sounded like actual words, some sounded like meows.
Yea
It's not just the way they meow it's how well they understand their hoomans

I am literally crying when the cat says “ dog I love you“
I loooooooooove these videos! Cats are so cute and adorable
Not only can cats talk, they could use it in the right context. Meaning that they understand what they hear and what they say.
no, mine speaks like a blithering idiot, only about every 5th word is coherent
