Nice video and what I have been waiting to see! I know the installation will be different for the customers, do you know or can answer how these will be shipped? How much work will it take to install? If you have a soft top, will everything be included? How hard was it to prep paint? Is the RAw Alluminum really really RAW or does it look good as is? LOL sorry for the questions, just excited to be this much closer to getting my top!
Yes, the install will be much easier for the customer. It will be shipped on a pallet. Should be less than a two hour install total. If you have a soft, this will come with everything needed. it is a lot of work to prep and paint, but can be worth it if that’s what you’re looking for. Raw aluminum means there is no prep welding and blending. I would not recommend leaving it raw. This is only an option for those that want to customize their paint. No problem hopefully I answered everything
That aluminum is only slightly less toxic than magnesium be careful. If you flex the Broncos flex enough you get structural tearing at the roof metal. The fiberglass is not enough ask Light Bright Nation. The aluminum top should be required from the factory.

Lonestar Ring And Pinion out of Katy Texas had the fuel cell built. They also did the four Link and that was a game changer for us.
