You do a great job on these videos and looks like you have some great solutions. It seems like you could solve a lot of these issues by just getting a stout solid axle under the front. I love the way to the bronco drives but if you are going to build it for what you are doing (big rocks), a SAS seems like the way to go.
I don’t totally disagree with you however, some of us really like doing the fast off-road desert racing as well and a solid axle swap will never keep up with that. So going into this, you understand there is a trade-off. The whole question is can we get as close to the capabilities of a solid axle swap, while retaining all of the great qualities of the on road! Aka no death wobble 😜
Great video. I had been wondering for a while what combination you did to put 40's on it. Seeing the trails and obstacles you have done and not break down is a testament to the setup.
These things look like tonka toys on 40's, especially a 2 door. If I was going that hardcore off road, I would be down for these mods... I still might do the steering rack because it's not even up to 33's off road, unless the HOSS 3.0 steering rack becomes available for other Broncos.
Hey guys. LOVE watching your videos, and you really have your technique down. You definitely have a passion for your trade, and it shows. I have an off toppic question. I've noticed your team wearing the "lets go Bronco" T-shirts. Is this a political thing, or just a little spoof on the " F@%k Joe Biden" chant that people like to say? Just wondering, as it's a pretty prominent aspect in your videos. I feel like I should be paying more attention to your videos, but I keep getting distracted. Keep up the good work and thanks for all of your Bronco contributions... much appreciated
Removing and reinstalling the suspension alone was a complete pain in the ass! Don't recommend doing it solo. What you are calling the intercooler line, isn't that a heat exchanger line from the radiator? I am pretty sure that it goes to the transmission to radiator heat exchanger. BTW, Standard Bumper is also on the OBX. Really great video BTW, love all the details.
Awesome good to know. Yes the line is the intercooler line I believe. But I’ll go watch it again and confirm. I know it sounds funny but I hate watching my own videos lol
@@BroncBustertx was just under my 2.7 relocating that exact line for my hidden winch install, it's a coolant line. :) The intercooler only has 2 connections, the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe. It's a mistake anyone could make because it goes to the heat exchanger mounted between the frame horns right behind the intercooler.
I find it moderately amusing that they just casually skipped over the body lift. I guess it's not really that complicated of a consept, but it sure is a lot of steps. I was curiousl how that was going to go.
@@BroncBustertx I agree keeping it short was the right move since you already have an indepth body lift video, but that doesn't mean you didn't casually skip over it in this video. I was merely making an observation and engaging with your content. Two things that help this video & channel rank. I suggest linking to those videos in the video and description to make it easier for viewers to navigate through your content.
Great video. Awesome products.

SAS is the simple way to go, plenty of trophy trucks using IFS
To install 1.5'' Billet does require to trim the studs ?
No
The strut/shock boot wasnt seated all the way down, it should snap into place.
?
We just got our 22’ bronco got “saq” suspension and some 35s. I’m just a little bit south of San Antonio
Congrats!!! Hope to see you on the trail.
Looks good, and yes geometry, very important.. 😀
Hey there Brother...I was wondering if available to order the outer tie rod reinforce support piece? Good piece to invest.
Yes sir!
Is this plug and play? No wheel alignment needed?
@@BroncBustertx how much and how can I order them brother?
@@francisgarcia85 correct 10 minute install and guaranteed to work or money back. We have never had anyone with a tie rod failure, running our brace
@@BroncBustertx right on brother...I want to order them and how much for a set?
Our built is half way there except for the 40's 😂#LetsGoBronco
Yes your build is looking great guys!
@@BroncBustertx thank you 🙏

We will be expanding new products to strengthen the platform as well

The wart Hogg rack will be available soon but will still need the housing I’m sure.
@@BroncBustertx damn, I was hoping it would not need to be modified. If that's the case, then might as well just modify the current rack.
Nice, now it needs rock sliders
Yes 🙌
The kid looks scared
These things are going to terrorize the mall parking lots.
Poor cv axles

It’s a fun little “let’s just think Bronco and quit fighting” let’s go Bronco 😀
Thank you for the feed back
How long was the install on everything?
Took us 6 hours
you know lets go brandon is a bad thing right? so are you saying broncos suck?
No I’m saying forget about the crap that decides and “let’s go Bronco”

We didn’t casually skip over it. We are trying to keep the video short. We have a full length video on how to do the body lift.
