I have no business talking to any minir. The only time I do is in a dojo, around other adults or their parents, i'll never be around minors or talking to minors without their parents knowing. I will even ask the parent first, "can i say this to the your son/ daughter?" and it will 100% pertain to class, and nothing else. I even bought a gi for one of the girls, but it was for her birthday, and i did it infront of the building owner, instructers, and employees. Even with gifts i wont give a gift without another adult or supervisor.

I have a fair number of teenage girls in my family. As my family I can find them easy to talk to. But yes they mostly have very different interests from me. And the only reason why I talk to them is because I’m related to them. And all my relatives get together very often.
