This is giving me flashbacks to when I was a pharmacy tech back when Target actually had pharmacies before it was sold off to CVS. I was a tech for 8 years with that company (19 years overall with the big bullseye) before eventually moving on to their competitor many years later.
Can someone tell me why do you guys remove the medication from the original factory/medicaly sealed packaging to only place them into another container. Here in Australia they put the label on the bottle/box of tablets. The only time Iv seen a pharmacist remove pills from original packaging was when the doctor only writes for example 25 tabs rather then the original 50 it comes in only then have I seen those plastic containers being used rather than the original..
It is due to the different quantities needed. A stock bottle may come with 90, 100, 500, or even a thousand tablets. Prescriptions are written for different quantities but usually 30 or 90 days supplies. If there is a bottle of 30 and the rx is for 30 tablets, then you can label the stock bottle.
I really liked the video quite detailed the work of each one, and especially the pharmacist, not everyone has a dog's face haha and above all that I speak in Spanish, please do more please very well environment that is the most important thing.
I really love targets pharmacy I'm trying to get into targets pharmacy I live in South Carolina and I work for a wonderful grocery store some people may know what it is and some don't for Publix grocery store as a pharmacy technician and I really so much want to get on at Target's pharmacy because it's so very family-oriented and it seems like it's a quite calming environment somewhat and very engaging and it's the best thing to working at Publix and I just really want to know how I can get on with being a pharmacy technician at Target it's kind of in a struggle for me
In what way? LOL Do you know anything about HIPAA? Since you can't even spell it, I'm pretty confident in guessing that you don't. Stay in your lane jj.
