I just left like 12 worden crates layed down on each other so ist looked like 1 Crate and left them in the woods near Myshkino directly nearby some trees. Was a Community Server it had never been found😅
You just gotta find a double spruce tree, one tree with its branches going one way, and the other tree with its braches going the other way, essentially covering the whole thing. I had 32 crates full of loot in one single place for like 2 weeks on official, always full pop😅
My biggest problem with stashes is remembering where I put them. If the map has the mod that shows you on the map when you hit ‘m’ I take a screen shot of myself after burying the stash and put it in a Dig Here folder
Players: do not waste your time burying loot. It lasts for 14 days max, depending on the server. I wouldn’t recommend that. Unburied crates last for 45 days
@Nitno do you know if hiding a barrel in a tree still works? I been told u can choose down tree, place barrel in center, and when tree resets, it's almost completely covered...really good for green barrel
I play on official NY 6053, whenever I place my wooden crates they just vanish in the span of 2 maybe 3 days, I have them hidden in the woods and this has happened like 5 times now. Am o doing something wrong? I'm so confused.
I drop dozens of crates into the deep end of a secure'ish lake. Not sure about PC cuz I'm on PS5 but if you log in at a lakeside it renders the crates before it does the water. You can easily see if someone has a stash...
thanks for the tips. someone just dug up all my crates and it wasn't a pig for sure , theye were well hidden and a couple km between them. i will go with the under water stash in the future, at least the bastard need to dry the boots.
Following up on the earlier comment about Experimental, and making new suggestions. Have any of you noticed any significant difference in a shovel, a pickaxe, or a garden hoe for how long it takes to dig garden plots or their durability? Technically, the pitchfork that was introduced (last year?) could also be used to dig a hole, but it would take longer. So that's technically 2 things to suggest.
I found a raided castle base and looked around in the woods. Started going to each tree that looked like they could drop a crate in and pressed the touchpad. Found so many crates in a tree with tons of 308. Was by a pond and so check the other side and another stash. Figured might be something in the water and more crates haha. Vsds, Lars, so much ammo and more. Took what I needed since I’m a solo and did the worst thing ever. Emptied all the crates and dropped the loot to despawn lmaooo
No way, mate, please don't play that way..take what u want but don't ever grief the loot, that's bang wrong..if it was urs u wouldn't mind missing loot but to grief it, that's not on, that's someones weeks of work. Imagine if it was you..that u are solo like myself is even worse cos it's not like you having to stop a clan from coming up on you..if u do it , others will, then others and pretty soon the whole game has turned nasty like it...pretty much like the reason everyone shoots on sight..if u didnt do it others wouldn't.. I find that real sorrowful..and tbh it's pretty nose on face business cos u could returned another time and had Ur pick again. Now tho the guy will move locals. Silly play style that. For everyone, incl urself.
My homie n I just discovered 2 players cutting down a tree. After putting them to rest we saw what they saw....over 60 barrels of the highest tier military loot. Finders keepers 😂
@@Seeefour-it was not duped gear. Dupers wouldn't even begin to go thru the effort of hiding and painstakingly organized categorized gear. It was found and lightly used gear from building equipment all the way up to trophy weapons. It was a find ill never forget. In a way it feels bad tho, to me anyway. We usually target dupers and got used to it so to kill and pirate loot that you could feel a soul coming from was very real feeling in comparison. We celebrated quietly and humbly as 3 of us went thru every piece of loot and in turn re organized it to suit our fashion. It took hours and hours to load it and truck it. And load it and truck it. And load it and truck it...they duo did return once but only parked on the road and kind of watched. They cursed us, and popped a couple shots but they wernt aiming it seemed to be more of an expression of not knowing what to do so they shot towards God. I wouldn't have given a rats ass if this was doofloot, buddy this was a different kind of take. We gutted it and took every piece worth hauling. I doubt those boys have logged in since. If they did im sure they couldn't stand to play for long...musta felt pretty damn hollow after that.
Welp I made a rookie mistake today and made about ten stash crates and filled them all up and went on a run with my buddy and came back and it all despawned😂😂. So now I'm here watching this video.
i dont think burying stashes is worth it. they have the same problems as unburied ones: esp hackers see them from 1000 meters away. the very littke security against non hacker that dont find the location is counterfied by the time u need to find a shovel and most important the time u need to dig it out und back again. that makes u more exposed to players.
@TheDemethar I play on console, PS4 to be exact. With that being said, it may be different on PC but, every time I have ever buried a stash in sheds my loot has been unrecoverable. I am an avid loot buryer, so I buried some seriously good loot in a shed, that was my first time using a shed, never recovered my loot. Needless to say, it really bothered me.. so I did some testing of my own, I buried different types of items that could be, like crates dry bags ect., In various types of sheds. Of course no valuable loot in them for my tests😅 good thing though because, I tried endlessly and never was able to recover any of them, from any shed. Only bad part about the testing was the grind to find all of the crates dry bags dry sacks ect., on an official server.. and yes, by ect. I mean every container that is able to be buried. best of luck to you!

Honestly I cannot say for sure, maybe someone found it... but all I can say is official servers lack active admins.
Watch out when you bury stuff in the dirty pile. Sometimes the crate drops to deep underneath it and you cant reach it anymore

If someone has bad internet or a dusty console then it takes forever for water to render for them.

Ah dang! Yeah underwater is solid. The only thing is there are only so many bodies of water. But get them deep enough you should be good.

Its possible to bury stashes right at entrance of tool sheds and barns. There is no visual left and no way to recover the stash
