hi there, sorry to disturb you! would you mind divulging information on the aforementioned chocolate hummus? i'm not familiar but i'd love to try. please have a nice day!
Hailey Alice it’s very simple and I know it sounds kinda weird but it’s super yummy! You just cook chickpeas (you can use canned ones but make sure they are not too salty) and then you blend it up with coco powder, soaked up dates, some plant milk to adjust the consistency and that’s basically it! I sometimes make the coconut hummus too with coconut milk and coconut flakes and it’s amazing as well highly recommended!
I just made a variation of that (because I'm too lazy to clean my blender afterwards) 1. Toast garlic in a pan with oil. Add cutted tomatoes and cook so long till the liquidity reduces. Season! 2. Mash avocado and put it on baguette. Add the tomatoes and some green onions. This is so good! Thanks for the idea :)

Absolutely love this idea! It's so fun to see different people's ideas. My weird, but super delicious and quick breakfast idea: rolled oats, peanut butter and any seeds (I like using flax and hemp) mixed together into chunks. sweet potato and spinach! - literally the EASIEST meal of all time and you can add whatever toppings youd like! - with a knife poke holes in a sweet potato, put it in the oven at a high temp for about 45 min depending on the size. butter, salt, cinnamon topped with spinach (also i leave my potato skins on)
I'm a couple days late so this will probably get lost in the comments, but when my Father was young he would make a butter and date sandwich; vegan butter on two slices of lightly toasted bread, cut dates in half (small ones, not medjool or any meaty kind), and assemble. When I first tried it I was skeptical and used peanut butter instead of butter, but the stickiness took away from the Heaven that is this sandwich so I don't recommend altering it. By no means do I think this is healthy, but I've a huge sweet tooth so I'm willing to eat dates and bread as a snack. It may sound strange but give it a try and you may find it's better than you thought.
my dad actually used to make me a cheese olive oil date sandwich hahahah but god it tasted sooo goood thoo, that's triangle cheese spread on bread with a lil drizzle of olive oil and dates cut in half for you lol
@@salmagique that's interesting, I wouldn't have thought of combining dates with savoury flavours. I'll have to try something like that once I can find a good replacement for the cheese. Good thing he cut the dates in half; my Dad insists on it as if it's the most important part of the sandwich.
I make something like this too! I don't use butter, but I put a good amount of cocoa powder and sprinkle on some xylitol (natural sweetener, to balance out the bitterness of the cocoa) and a sprinkle of cinnamon, then toast it in the toaster oven so the dates get hot and the xylitol melts. Then put the two sides together ( you can also grill it if you have a grill/panini press). It's like a chocolatey cinnamon roll, its so good. I use the stickiest dates I can find.
hey mina :D these "chicken nuggets" look so good *-* I study English (and I am a fellow German. Hi. Hallo.) and I'm shocked at how good your pronunciation is :O Well, keep up the good work :) And I'm looking forward to more of your relaxing videos!
I'm completely addicted to tahini with molasses and cinnamon. I like to put this mixture on the top of a sliced banana or apple, oatmeal, or pancakes! It tastes beautifully with everything!
One of my favourite snacks or “got to get out in 10 mins” breakfast is dried figs dipped in tahini and they sprinkled with cocoa nibs or pumpkin seeds. Life get the fig, dip in tahini and then dip in seeds/cocoa nibs 😋
You have to try this combination: toast with peanut butter, pickles and Sriracha on top - that's the weirdest, tastiest perfect savory snack of all time, believe me! Love your content ❤️
This is the best healthy drink I’ve ever made in my life, blend frozen bananas, almond butter, and milk together till there blended then add the dates in and blend it till there little chunks (add date syrup for a bit more date taste) BEST DRINK EVER
ah! my recipe! thank you ever so much! i'm super glad you enjoyed it. i too make granola with the left over mix on occasion (often adding in seeds or dried fruit). hoping you have a nice day, and i love your channel so much!
I love to make these little peanut butter balls I put some peanut, butter ,oats , honey, then I mix it and I shape it into a ball or a cookie shape then I put it in the fridge until it hardens you can also add some chocolate chips 💗
My recent favourite summer snack: Yoghurt drops, peanut butter flavourd. Just mix together some soy yoghurt with peanut butter and make drops on a plate. Freeze and enjoy! (You can make other flavours too, i likes theese with some yelly flavourd, a pbj combo!) I would love a summer snacks video!
I made whipped cream from the liquid of the canned chickpeas and I mixed it with melted chocolate. I put it in to the fridge overnight and than I mixed it with some raspberry and homemade granola😍 It’s kind of a dessert, but I really like eating sweets for breakfast😊
This is well worth the try Take dehydrated mango pieces, sit it in soy milk for 30 mins and then blend it with canned coconut milk It will take on a jiggly pudding/yogurt consistency Then refrigerate it It’s honestly so good 20g dried mango 150g soy milk 100g coconut milk Credit - peaceful cuisine on UA-cam
Sort of a "cookie dough" situation but healthy: rolled oats, raisins, seeds and roasted almonds (optional), dark chocolate chips, hazelnut butter or any other nut butter, a little syrup or soymilk to combine. So yummy, tastes like raw nutella oat cookie :D
My breakfast almost every day: toasted bread with hummus (or really any type of spread I have), a slice of smoked tofu, (vegan) soft cheese on top (optional) and sambal oelek. Add in some salad leaves if you want to be fancy hah
My favorite breakfast in this period is healthy tiramisu, it’s basically made with something that in Italy we call fette biscottate (they are pretty similar to melba toasts) that are dipped in coffee and layered with vegan yogurt (better if plain or vanilla) and decorated on top with cocoa powder, plus sometimes I also put some peanut butter and/or dark chocolate chunks on top but it’s totally optional! It sounds like a lot of work but it actually takes only 5 minutes. If you look online for ‘fitmisu’ you can get an idea of what it looks like, I think it’s totally worth a try!
1 cup 2tbsp oat flour 1/2 cup nut butter 3tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp coconut oil (or more) optional⬇️ pinch of salt vanilla 1/2 cup chocolate chips it’s so good to just eat like that or roll into balls and put them in the fridge but these cookie dough balls are HEAVENLY i highly recommend anyone eating them
The bestest crispy granola made with oat flakes, seeds/nuts/... and cinnamon to taste mixed with just enough aquafaba (not whipped) to cover it. Bake 3x10 minutes and stir in between. Sooooo good!
I love to cook vegan minced meat and rice in a frying pan together with soysauce and spices, perfect breakfast when you are feeling real lazy in the morning. Love your videos ♡
I love smoothie bowls, one of my faves is banana, frozen cherries and vegan vanilla protein powder (from DM or Rossmann) topped with some seeds and nuts! Another fave is banana, frozen spinach, frozen pinapple or kiwi and lime juice
Toast, mashed avocado, sauerkraut, salt and black pepper. Sometimes I add gherkins. Also toast, natural crunchy peanut butter, banana and topped with chia seeds.
my favorite breakfast: potatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, and red bell pepper sautéed up. topped with some salsa, hummus, or chipotle bitchin sauce (idk of you have access to this but it’s life changing). savory breakfast for life!
For breakfast, I like to mix peanut butter with some salt and agave and spread it on premade crepes/pancakes/waffles that are sitting in my freezer. Then I add a lot of chia seeds, some chopped apples and cinnamon
As a quick snack, I love making pesto. I eat it with veggies and chips, use it as a spread for a sandwich, and sometimes combine with vegan mayo for dipping my fries in! It’s so delichus!
I am from Australia and I love to English muffin toasted with Vegemite, avocado and a poached egg for breakfast in the morning. Also I love watching your videos they are the best
I made those Tofu Hummus Nuggets today, but used pumpkin hummus (Aldi Nord) instead of plain hummus, apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar and as seasonings, I had paprika powder (sweet and smoked), cayenne pepper, salt and garlic. It was fantastic :)
My favourite is 15g of chia seeds + 1/2 a cup of almond milk. Stir then leave in the fridge overnight (I stir it again after half an hour). Then I put a teaspoon of jam and some kiwi and blueberries on top xx
it's super simple but I love it: all bran cereal with sunflower/pumpkin seeds and rice milk. Sometimes I also add dried cranberries and I swear it's so good
I love making these breakfast cookies which are very similar to the ones in this video: 2 ripe bananas, mashed Approx 110g oats Cinnamon Any add ins of choice e.g. sultanas, nuts, chocolate chips (I often leave them plain, it's just as delicious) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into cookie shapes. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake at 180C for 10-12 mins. I love to eat them chilled with nut butter or chocolate spread on top!
I make my peanut butter powder with a dollop of plain yogurt instead of water and spread it onto a rice cake and top it with berries I also love overnight oats that have cocoa powder, mashed banana, and peanut butter powder (or reg pb) mixed in and topped with strawberries, cocoa nibs, and coconut flakes in the morning
Blending dates and vegan cream cheese together makes a super delicious spread/icing. I like to make “apple toast” by cutting apples in half and then topping them with whatever your heart desires - the above date spread, pb, tahini, maple syrup, goji berries, anything really!
I love eating banana peanut butter toast with any hearty nut/oat bread, peanut butter, sliced banana, agave syrup, chia seeds, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s the best.
1. Polenta porridge with orange zest & juice, cinnamon, crushed walnuts, syrup. 2. Chocolate buckwheat granola: white buckwheat, tahini, coconut oil, syrup, cinnamon, raisins, dark chocolate and 20 min in the oven (160C)
I like toast/rice cake with almond butter and sliced banana with any type of sweetener drizzled on top and for something savory toast/rice cake with chickpeas, diced cucumber, onion, red bell pepper, and red wine vinegar and olive oil... I also like to put some garlic salt and pepper and sometimes lemon juice if I’m feeling fancy :)
My favourite are basically : 1 mash banana, 1/2 cup +2 tablespoon of oats and 1/4 cup of any nut flour. Doesn't have to be precise, I just dump the ingredient in till the dough is thick. Shape and put them in the oven 200 degrees celcius for about 15 minutes or till golden brown. It makes the most delicious banana cookies ever!!
My favorite breakfast is grits or polenta and ranch style beans. Super yummy. But I also like to make up what I call a Texas eggroll. Sliced cabbage, julienned carrots and thin cut onions sauteed in a tiny bit of olive oil with rice vinegar, ginger, garlic powder and a nice splash of soy sauce. You want it to be cooked but still a little crunchy. Lay out a tortilla (i like the ones that are half corn half flour, but just flour is great too.) Spread a bit of hoison sauce on, drizzle a little Sriracha sauce, load it with the mixture, roll it up and devour.
One of my favorite snacks is air fried chickpeas (or oven baked if you don’t have an air fryer. I don’t really know the cooking time for an oven though) ~ Put chickpeas in a bowl and drizzle some olive oil. Throw in your fave seasonings. I usually do nutritional yeast, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix it all together to coat ~ put it in the air fryer at 400° for 10 minutes
My favourite breakfest idea is SUPER delicious chickpea wrap. Chop up some onion, cook it on medium height until its golden brown. After add chickpeas and cook it for few minutes (Just heat up the chickpeas) Add some marinara sauce/ tomato sauce/canned tomatoes or use fresh tomatoes. Add your favourite spices. Heat up the tortilla, spread some hummus and add the chickpea mixture, some spinach and avocado slices. Im making this recipe almost everyday. Your gonna love it. trust me @Mina Rome
For an avocado tomato salad: Red onion Avocado Cocktail tomatoes Garlic Red vine vinegar Olive oil Little honey Cumin Oregano Salt You’re welcome, thank me later;)
My go-to to quick meals and snacks. 1. Peanut butter slathered on a salted biscuit or cracker and another cracker on top like a sandwich. 2. YOGURT RICE Mix any thick plant based yoghurt with leftover rice, I generally eyeball the quantity ( the rice should have thick yogurt coating and should not be swimming in it ). Add in sakth, pepper, any dried or fresh herb/s, cumin powder and any other seasonings you wish to add. Toppings - finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted nuts or/and seeds. ( Veggie toppings could be lightly sauteed or added raw ) GARNISH with raisins or pomogrenate seeds. After mixing everything, refrigerate for atleast half hour. Best served cold. 3. Add any flat bread like tortilla or roti to a food processor ( helps to tear into little pieces ), 2-3 tbspn dessicated coconut ( fresh is best but packaged works too ), pinch of salt, melted vegan butter, peanuts, coconut sugar ( any brown sugar works ). Pulse 2-3 times to make a corse mixture. And enjoy. ( Make sure not to pulse too much or it'll be pasty and not crunchy ) 4. My DIY dipping powder for apples. Add dessicated coconut ( packaged works best ), roast chicpeas or peanuts, salt, pepper, cumin, Kashmiri chilli powder ( any chilli powder that is not too spicy ). Grind into a powder. Use it as a powder dip for apples, or just sprinkle some on them. 5. FROZEN GRAPES Pretty simple. Wash and freeze your grapes for a couple of hours and enjoy. It's soo good.
Vegan protein pudding: Vital wheat gluten (seitan basis) with cacao powder, sweetener of choice and almond milk cooked together: (Stir with a whisk) and top it with raspberries and pb: boom: 40g of protein and a really nice snack:)
cook oats with a smashed banana for sweetness and lots of cinnamon, also if you like you can cut an apple and cook it with water cinnamon and add it into the oats
toast with yogurt, frozen (this is essential!) blueberries and drizzled with pb, then topped with crunchy seeds, nuts, coconut chips, etc. It’s sooo good :) 🌞💗
one of the most popular breakfast meals in my country are cottage cheese pancakes, which turn out amazing when made with tofu instead of actual cheese! these are not the pancakes which you pour on the pan, but you rather form them like patties :)) just crush a 250g block of tofu, add 4 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp sugar (or more to make them sweeter), some lemon juice, and a splash of water, and mix it all together with a spoon into a homogeneous mass. the most popular addition to this dough are soaked raisins, but you can also add fresh or frozen berries, and I like some vanilla in there too. once the dough is ready, you'll need to form the patties, coat them in flour and fry on a rather hot pan with enough oil. these are usually served with sour cream or jam, enjoy! 🌷
For the summer i like cantaloup bowl or watermelon pizza ! For the bowl take a half cantaloup, remove the seeds and filled it with some yogurt and top it with granola and berries. For the pizza, take a slice of watermelon cut it in "pizza" slices and top each slice with whatever you want ( chocolate and PB are great 😋)
Fav breakfast ever = what I call a bowl cake : mix together: around 40g of oat + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 mashed banana + 1 tbsp yogurt. Add an egg replacer (chia, flaxseed etc). Pour everything in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. The topping and filling possibilities are endless!
@@phrogo9531 anytime! If you can blend everything in a blender or a lil food processor, it will be even better! That'll give a smooth and homogenous texture to your cake :) I'd also recommend the chocolate version by adding around 4 melted chocolate squares in the batter !
Add one/two sliced banana(s) and an apple to a pan with preheated coconut oil, add vanilla extract and cinnamon and cook til lightly/medium brown (depending on meal or snack: add oates to pan after a few minutes)
My favorite breakfast is plain oatmeal topped with sautéed spinach and mushroom seasoned with whatever is on hand. Hands down one of my go-to breakfast when I lived back home with my parents.
I love this sweet sandwich! Lightly butter two bread slices, spread in one peanut butter, banana slices and add pieces of dark chocolate. Make the sandwich, put it on a pan and when it's aleady toasty add a little syrup on top and flip it so it caramelizes
What I've been having for lunch lately is rice (we cook it in big batches and freeze it) + babaganoush hummus (which is amazing) + cut up cucumber & capsicum & carrot. Tastes amazing and is quick easy and healthy.
Even though this came out three months ago I went back cause I wanted to try some vegan snacks and it's pretty cheap ingredients which is a bonus since I'm on a tight budget 🙌 I'm vegetarian at the moment but tend to be fully vegan by the end of the year 🤠
Breakfast idea - millet-banana pudding. Half of cup of cooked millet (unsalted), one banana, maple syrup, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and dash of cinnamon blend together. Eat with toppings of your choice - my favorite one is frozen barries :)
My snack choices are very simple. I have things like veggies dipped in hummus, apples and peanut butter, toast with hummus, roasted chickpeas, Greek yoghurt and granola, etc
i loveeee making baked proats (protein oats) with chocolate chips on top. i use a banana, 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1/2c oat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 to 3/4c plant mylk for the base.
Avocado nice cream. Just blend some avocado with frozen bananas and a splash of non dairy milk = heaven!! I also sometimes add cocoa powder if I'm craving something chocolatey
I really like cutting a banana into decently thick slices, and then evenly cover it with peanut butter and then crunch or font crunch your favorite nut and put it on top. Its simple but yummy
i make a chickpea spread with mashed chickpeas, vegan mayo, dill, smoked paprika and a little bit on dijon mustard. Just mash it all together. I like putting vegan parm on it and baking it for a little bit, or just spreading it on toast is a really nice lunch.
My favourite breakfast treat is PIZZA TOAST- mix chopped green bell pepper, onion, carrot in a saute pan with some oil. Let them stay crunchy. Then make fresh marinara or store bought also works, add to the veggies. Add *thick chopped* vegan cheese and mix. Oregano and chilli flakes+seasoning. Make a sandwich out of this and then toast in a toaster(like Panini press) with*butter* , HEAVEN!

That name makes me think RE4 lol
Who?
Yessss beauty
I thought it was her at first and then I read the name 😂
hey mina :D these "chicken nuggets" look so good *-*
I study English (and I am a fellow German.
Yeah I like to tahini with maple syrup and lemon juice ,as well ,for topping on pancakes or toast with fruit :)
Love your content ❤️
i heard if you’re early she replies?? love you mina!!
Hello there 😁
Mina Rome oh my goodness hiii!! i’m about to make the tofu nuggets, they sound AMAZING!!
I love this series it's so creative and cool to see people sharing healthy ideas.
Thanks for your suggestion I loved it :)
I love to make these little peanut butter balls I put some peanut, butter ,oats , honey, then I mix it and I shape it into a ball or a cookie shape then I put it in the fridge until it hardens you can also add some chocolate chips 💗
My recent favourite summer snack:
Yoghurt drops, peanut butter flavourd. Just mix together some soy yoghurt with peanut butter and make drops on a plate. Freeze and enjoy! (You can make other flavours too, i likes theese with some yelly flavourd, a pbj combo!)
I would love a summer snacks video!
I made whipped cream from the liquid of the canned chickpeas and I mixed it with melted chocolate. I put it in to the fridge overnight and than I mixed it with some raspberry and homemade granola😍 It’s kind of a dessert, but I really like eating sweets for breakfast😊
This is well worth the try
Take dehydrated mango pieces, sit it in soy milk for 30 mins and then blend it with canned coconut milk
It will take on a jiggly pudding/yogurt consistency
Then refrigerate it
It’s honestly so good
20g dried mango
150g soy milk
100g coconut milk

Sort of a "cookie dough" situation but healthy: rolled oats, raisins, seeds and roasted almonds (optional), dark chocolate chips, hazelnut butter or any other nut butter, a little syrup or soymilk to combine. So yummy, tastes like raw nutella oat cookie :D
That sounds sooooo good
I made it with a few changes, it’s really good!
@@frenchiestfry9045 aww did you?! This makes me happy :D also your username is adorable!
@@drea409 ☺😇
@@frenchiestfry9045 i still have brownies i need to finish lmao
I'll make this in a coupledays for sure. What changes did you make, Frenchiest Fry??
One of my favorite recipes is toast with a half cloved garlic rubbed on it, then you add avocado mash, sliced tomatoes, and sprouts. Delish.
I love my breakfast burrito. Scrambled tofu, spinach, and avocado wrapped in a tortilla. It's easy and delicious!
1 cup 2tbsp oat flour
1/2 cup nut butter
3tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil (or more)
optional⬇️
pinch of salt
vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
it’s so good to just eat like that or roll into balls and put them in the fridge but these cookie dough balls are HEAVENLY i highly recommend anyone eating them
One of my favourite breakfasts: toast with almond butter (REWE Feine Welt Mandelcreme) and banana slices.
I love making loaded baked sweet potatos!
Sweet potato, topped with coconut or oat yogurt, PB, oats/granola, and strawberries or blueberries! So good!
Also I love watching your videos they are the best
warm milk, frosted flakes, sugar, and instant coffee = heaven!! I have been eating this since I was 5
I made those Tofu Hummus Nuggets today, but used pumpkin hummus (Aldi Nord) instead of plain hummus, apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar and as seasonings, I had paprika powder (sweet and smoked), cayenne pepper, salt and garlic. It was fantastic :)
That pumpkin hummus rules!
Sometimes I also add dried cranberries and I swear it's so good
mmm toast with almond butter, salt and halved frozen cherries is so good. It tastes like a pb& j 🍒🍞🥜
I love making these breakfast cookies which are very similar to the ones in this video:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
Approx 110g oats
Cinnamon
Any add ins of choice e.g. sultanas, nuts, chocolate chips (I often leave them plain, it's just as delicious)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into cookie shapes.
Ugh your voice is just so relaxing and beautiful! Love watching your videos because of the great content AND voice
Yooo!!! The nuggets are a game changer!!! 👌🏾👌🏾 Mina you’re amazing!
1. Polenta porridge with orange zest & juice, cinnamon, crushed walnuts, syrup. 2. Chocolate buckwheat granola: white buckwheat, tahini, coconut oil, syrup, cinnamon, raisins, dark chocolate and 20 min in the oven (160C)
Polenta porridge?
I don’t really know the cooking time for an oven though)
~ Put chickpeas in a bowl and drizzle some olive oil. Throw in your fave seasonings. I usually do nutritional yeast, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix it all together to coat
~ put it in the air fryer at 400° for 10 minutes
my breakfast most of the time is buckwheat porridge with yogurt, super easy, tasty and really healthy
For an avocado tomato salad:
Red onion
Avocado
Cocktail tomatoes
Garlic
Red vine vinegar
Olive oil
Little honey
Cumin
Oregano
Salt
You’re welcome, thank me later;)
I sometimes do rice cakes, PB, banana and chopped dark chocolate on top. It does have a tendency to crumble, but tastes great.
My go-to to quick meals and snacks.
1. Peanut butter slathered on a salted biscuit or cracker and another cracker on top like a sandwich.
2. YOGURT RICE
Mix any thick plant based yoghurt with leftover rice, I generally eyeball the quantity ( the rice should have thick yogurt coating and should not be swimming in it ). Add in sakth, pepper, any dried or fresh herb/s, cumin powder and any other seasonings you wish to add.
Toppings - finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted nuts or/and seeds. ( Veggie toppings could be lightly sauteed or added raw )
GARNISH with raisins or pomogrenate seeds.
And enjoy.
( Make sure not to pulse too much or it'll be pasty and not crunchy )
5. FROZEN GRAPES
Pretty simple. Wash and freeze your grapes for a couple of hours and enjoy.
It's soo good.
I love dipping plain potato chips into applesauce.. so good! Kind of like potato pancakes and apple sauce
Die besten Vegan-Rezepte-Videos🍃🌼Mina, danke für diesen inspirierenden Content❤
Ohh freut mich danke!
Vegan protein pudding: Vital wheat gluten (seitan basis) with cacao powder, sweetener of choice and almond milk cooked together: (Stir with a whisk) and top it with raspberries and pb: boom: 40g of protein and a really nice snack:)
cant turn down cookies!
cook oats with a smashed banana for sweetness and lots of cinnamon, also if you like you can cut an apple and cook it with water cinnamon and add it into the oats
toast with yogurt, frozen (this is essential!) blueberries and drizzled with pb, then topped with crunchy seeds, nuts, coconut chips, etc. It’s sooo good :) 🌞💗
one of the most popular breakfast meals in my country are cottage cheese pancakes, which turn out amazing when made with tofu instead of actual cheese! these are not the pancakes which you pour on the pan, but you rather form them like patties :)) just crush a 250g block of tofu, add 4 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp sugar (or more to make them sweeter), some lemon juice, and a splash of water, and mix it all together with a spoon into a homogeneous
mass. the most popular addition to this dough are soaked raisins, but you can also add fresh or frozen berries, and I like some vanilla in there too. once the dough is ready, you'll need to form the patties, coat them in flour and fry on a rather hot pan with enough oil. these are usually served with sour cream or jam, enjoy! 🌷
For the summer i like cantaloup bowl or watermelon pizza ! For the bowl take a half cantaloup, remove the seeds and filled it with some yogurt and top it with granola and berries. For the pizza, take a slice of watermelon cut it in "pizza" slices and top each slice with whatever you want ( chocolate and PB are great 😋)
Fav breakfast ever = what I call a bowl cake :
mix together: around 40g of oat + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 mashed banana + 1 tbsp yogurt. Add an egg replacer (chia, flaxseed etc). Pour everything in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes. The topping and filling possibilities are endless!
That sounds super yummy! I’ve been seeing oat cakes all over Instagram and have been wanting to try them out, so thank you :)
@@phrogo9531 anytime! If you can blend everything in a blender or a lil food processor, it will be even better! That'll give a smooth and homogenous texture to your cake :) I'd also recommend the chocolate version by adding around 4 melted chocolate squares in the batter !
Add one/two sliced banana(s) and an apple to a pan with preheated coconut oil, add vanilla extract and cinnamon and cook til lightly/medium brown
(depending on meal or snack: add oates to pan after a few minutes)
Sehr coole Video mit coolen Rezepten. Danke dir Mina :)
Even though this came out three months ago I went back cause I wanted to try some vegan snacks and it's pretty cheap ingredients which is a bonus since I'm on a tight budget 🙌 I'm vegetarian at the moment but tend to be fully vegan by the end of the year 🤠
I'm happy because I was able to understand half of this with my very basic German 😅
Lucía Aguilar same 😅💗
Breakfast idea - millet-banana pudding.
