      Internet entrepreneur to engineer ?

      He said fsd level 5 would arrive in 2017 which it didn’t he is confidence and claimed in 2022 it will be level 5 which I doubt
      An Australian reporter asked him the affects of radiation when you get to Mars musk reply radation will not be a problem lol

    Elon Musk: I have a physics degree, therefore I’m an engineer. By the same logic, if someone has degree in ophthalmology, he is a brain surgeon, because both involve medicine. Go figure

    • @Real_Raz
      @Real_Raz 3 роки тому +64

      Dude, he is basically saying that his degree and physics background really helped him in understanding aero space
      engineering, because aero space
      engineering in it's fundamentals is just physics too.
      And you giving an analogy of brain surgeon and ophthalmology is just false analogy logical fallacy, because in their fundamentals they have nothing in common expect that they deal with human body
      organs.

      @Real_Raz 3 роки тому +24

      @@christoforosmeziriadis7016 Well, off course he would go to a mechanic because he does not know to replace tires or other parts of a car, come on do you think that we we learn how to fix cars when it breaks down in studying physics? 😂

    • @christoforosmeziriadis7016
      @christoforosmeziriadis7016 3 роки тому +11

      You said aerospace engineering in it’s fundamentals is just physics. Likewise a car in it’s fundamentals is just physics. So my physics teacher should know how to fix his car. He doesn’t have to take it to a mechanic. Just because Musk has a physics degree, it doesn’t make him an aerospace engineer. Tom Mueller is the genius who designed all of SpaceX rockets engines. He didn’t teach himself aerospace engineering. He was taught engineering in college

    • @Real_Raz
      @Real_Raz 3 роки тому +21

      @@christoforosmeziriadis7016 Glad you responded mate so that you could understand what I was saying.
      First of all it is true that the fundamentals of automobile engineering is based on the laws of physics, there is no doubt about it, you are right.
      But what you fail to understand is that Musk said that his physics degree helped him in understanding aerospace engineering, he did not say that his physics degree led him building rockets, rather it gave him a strong background to study other subjects which are based on physics like in his case was aerospace engineering.
      I am also sure your physics professor will find studying any form of engineering way easier compared to a person who has never studied physics in shape or form assuming that your professor is proficient in it.
      And, yes you are absolutely right that having a physics degree does not mean that you are an aerospace engineer, but what is means that it can be easy for you to study engineering or other forms of subjects which are based of the physics.
      Have nice day, mate.
