In this video, I take you around to see what a day in the life of a college student, or ma Massachusetts Institute of Technology Aerospace Engineering student is like. I show you the engineering classes I am currently taking, my room, and what I generally do on a day to day basis. I show you how I do my work, where I do my work, and what I usually do to relax or unwind. I also give my general advice to anybody thinking about going to or applying to MIT, and talk about what it is really like to go to such a prestigious college.

All drone shots were shot using the DJI Mavic 2 Pro, and the main camera I used was the Sony A7iii with Zeiss lenses. I used the Rode Video Mic Pro+ and also the iPhone XS Max for time lapses.

The world is a weird place. On one hand here we have a group of young people literally waking up at 7am and going to bed at 3am where at least half of that time they are doing hard schoolwork to hopefully in about 5 years have a good job in which they’ll earn $100k-$200k a year. In the other hand we have a group of people the same age that wake up whenever they want, go to sleep whenever they want and play video games for 7-8 hours a day, post it on the internet and they are making $500k a month.
Facts
Thats cuz we got a lot of idiots who have no ambitions in life and will sit and watch any kind of dumb internet content just to pass time and make these people rich
@@Asad-jz7yp I agree with you...
People like to be entertained than to be educated....
Try to their job and see if just need to play games to be successful then. You need focus, resilience, a lot of time gaining nothing and, most of all, charisma. Just a small % really earn money, just like athletes.
Yeah but it's risky as hell trying to make a living from posting vids of you playing games
I remember being 12 and being so stressed about which Ivy college I should go to. Now I'm 19 and near failing my public state university classes😇

Bhaiya Kuch interesting banayine
I really respect your view of college - while there is a lot of fun to be had, you are there with a purpose, to get a degree + job. Too many people think that it's just to become a well-rounded individual and have absolutely no game-plan for what they want to do in life, and then end up 22, $80k+ in debt, and working a minimum wage job because they didn't learn marketable skills while they had the chance.
I do miss it, because honestly, compared to the real world where you sit at the same desk for 9 hours a day, college was a LOT more fun and stimulating, because the information, locations, and people...changed every day. That being said, it's really nice to leave work, be done, and never have to think about homework during your nights and weekends :)
*"I'm still thoroughly confused. I don't know what's going on"*
*"they got everything from Tylenol to coffee"*
dammit i love your friend
It’s so helpful to get a sense of the culture at MIT before I start there myself. Many thanks and good luck with your career!
Every college youtuber: “I’m running a bit late”

The best thing abut MIT , Cambridge , oxford student are that they are based on researches and focus to came up with something new , superior and unique and in Pakistan they just want to wrote learn and just get academic success. they will learn whole book but practically do not know about the basic of what is written. this have to be change for better, wiser and intelligent tomorrow.

Aerospace? Cool! Excellent video, and I really support your idea about taking care of yourself. I'm studing computing systems engineering, a friend of mine once, almost had a seizure, because he didn't sleep well in about a month. (He didn't listen to me until that happened).

I’m just starting my aerospace engineering major at MIT! Ever since my acceptance I’ve had a flood of MIT related videos on UA-cam, slightly annoying. However, I love the institute/university so far and am looking forward to my next 6 or so years!
Hey! So right now I am a sophomore in high school and aerospace engineering and space in general has always interested me. I heard MIT has one of the best programs and I would love to go but I am so bad with math and I know that has a huge role in this major. How much/hard is the math? And how hard is aerospace at MIT? Is there any other school I should look into?
