I am convinced that this exercise will take car of my problem. The diagonosis of having a 3-dimensional "S" shaped spine explained why I was prone to falling since childhood. In an odd way, my left arm was usually weak compared to the right one, while my right leg seemed shorter than the left leg. For more than 10 years I worked on many different programs to improve the uneveness of limbs with few success. Your video has been a pleasant discovery for me. Thank you.

You can use a chair, wall, or another stable surface during these exercises to help you balance! The more you practice balance exercises, the stronger you will become! 😊
