Eva Lily Periods are essentially worlds and each is created when the previous one has reached it's end. The third period is the current one, where evillious takes place, whilst the second was it's predecessor and is currently where the heavenly yard is. As far as I know, the first period hasn't had much focus on the series, but is (as it's name implies) the first world. You can read more about it on the wiki c:
