Mothy is very intel to put small hints into each story that makes it link to another. Like in the beginning it talks about the Forrest which starts it all and it the sin wrath which also ends it all cause wrath the last deadly sin finishes the story (till clockwork lullaby). But the soft lu li la sung by Rin and Len which you can hear in the end of the song appears in the clockwork lullaby series to tying these songs together with small hints.
I was on the verge of tears because this song basically connects the Story of evil with the other songs of sin as well as the story of Adam/Eve/Meta/Hansel/Gretel/etc. (My favorite thing about Vocaloid)
What interests me with this is that Elluka (or, Luka), stated it 'began from the forest,'. Wrath was given the forest. Nemesis is wrath, and Nemesis technically ended everything.. It starts with the forest, and then it ends with the forest... Strange..

Tihana Balajic Actually, it came from Miku (or in this story, Eve Moonlit). Kaito (or Adam) had nothing to do with this other than injecting her with Venom that unintentionally messed her up, it wasn't like his plan or anything for Eve to steal Hansel and Gretel, he even told her to give them back.
Actually, he presumably used Venom again during the Elphegort famine to convince Eve to abandon Hansel and Gretel. Moral of the story: Don't use brainwashing drugs on your love. Or anyone for that matter. Shit can escalate quickly and next thing you know is a pair of dead twins, a pair of unfamiliar, but alive twins and the same twins killing you.
I think it's kind of cool how they used the moon instead the entire forest, because the moon is white, which could show that Haku in D.o.W. was meant to be the carrier of wrath when she tried to kill Rin, but since she showed forgiveness, the sin went to the Master Of The Hellish Yard(whom i think is Gumi.)

I think the Deadly Sins/Evil series deserves an anime adaptation. It's so well thought out, it's like watching a really good novel! I love this series lol.
In the first place, why did the demons come from Eve? Were they her 'magic', that's why she was the 'best' witch at the time? Or were they all just residing in her body? Also, dammit, Hansel and Gretel shoulda just given it to Held. That would avoid 90% of the problems caused by the sins, and the world wouldn't have been blown up. Then again, H&G probably never knew Held.

Okay so - Seth creates Adam and Eve, Eve is impregnated with the Twin Gods but they die in her womb, Adam and Eve escape to Eldoh Forest, Seth uses MEIKO (Ma) for the new Twin Gods, she escapes with the Twins Hansel and Gretel, Eve finds them and kills Meiko out of grief for her own to dead children, Adam and Eve leave the children out in the forest, Hansel and Gretel learn that Eve was not their true mother and kill her, thus beginning the Chrono Story, which includes the Duke of Venomania, Evil Eater Conchita, etc.
Seth partnered with Adam (after Seth took Adam's mother away from him) and Eve to help them give birth to the Twin Gods, Cain and Abel, but they died, but you're correct with them escaping to Eldoh Forest. You're also correct with Meta (Who is MEIKO and the next choice for MA) and her children. Eve comes across Hansel and Gretel after Meta leaves them for a bit to find food, making Eve believe these are her children (who she thought are still alive) and runs back to Adam, accidentally killing Meta (believing she was a "bear"). Adam and Eve abandon Hansel and Gretel, 14-15 years later, they both find the "Witch's" (Eve) and her "Henchman's" (Adam) house by a bottle that their actual mother (Meta) used to feed them, and kill them. After Eve's death, the twins release the 7 sins, or "filth" as they are referred to, and this story explains Elluka Clockwork's role in the story, and how her "old friend", the Tree of Eldoh asks for Elluka to find the sins. You were right for the majority of the part, but I just wanted to correct a few things. Sorry if you are offended by this.
MLenLen Still, you are right for most part, but just a minor error: Adam and Eve actually raised the two kids. But due to the catastrofic events on the Magic Kingdom 14 years latter the food starts to lack. So, with no option, Eve and Adam abandon the twins. The go insane as try to go home and end up beliving they found the house of a witch and from now on you are pretty right XD

Yes, Elluka is there to collect his sword since it's the vessel of Lust. This is also where her and Lukana Octo swap bodies because after Venomania dies and the girls were free Lukana was pregnant with his child and people called her a whore for being in the harem. So Elluka took her body so Lukana can live her life peacefully with her kid. Although her family is kinda cursed and the Gakupo in Capprico farce is a descendent of hers.

Wait Elluka was using the body of lukana until she switched with Kayo Sudou and MA is sometimes called Kayo Sudou wouldn't that mean MA is Elluka. She could just be using Gallerian to collect the sins so it would be easier for her to use or destroy them. I mean she is a powerful sorceress she could use them to revive her dead lover. Or maybe Irina is also in there and MA is just a combined Irina and Elluka with Irina has more influence because she has many many years of controlling bodies.

This is what I think happened, but I'm not 100 percent sure. Correct me if I'm wrong. So Eve is Sloth, the doll, and the Miku character in the sloth song. Meiko made a deal with the devil for some reason (if someone could explain that to me, that may be nice), and became Gluttony. I think Len and Rin are ether hansel and grettel, or the alternate universe twins. The alternate universe twins are the twin dragons if I'm correct. Kaito in judgment of corruption is a reincarnation of Adam, and is trying to bring back the Eve doll. Luka is not anyone until Ma, the sorceress, takes her body. Wrath was going to be clockmaker, but ended up being Gumi. MA is mother to Gumi as well. Gaukpo isn't anyone either. In the story of evil, the scientist is back at the end, and makes Len and Rin as we know them today, and cat clockmaker is making everyone evil. My one main question is who is the 3rd body MA takes? Please correct me in your replies. I'm a little confused.
Here let me try and explain: You are correct about Hansel and Gretel, and the fact the Eve is sloth. The character in the song for sloth, gift from the princess who brought sleep, is actual Margarita and she makes a contract with the sloth vessel. Meiko is Banica Conchita and she is tricked into making a contract with gluttony by her only friends and her servants that happen to be twins and reincarnations of Hansel and Gretel. Kaito is Gallerian Marlon and at this point in time the clockwork doll is no longer a vessel and is a normal doll. Nemesis, Gumi's character, kills off his wife and other daughter because she wants her father to understand that she is also his daughter that he doesn't know about. Marlon goes delusional and thinks the clockwork doll, that just happens to look exactly like his daughter that was killed, is his real daughter. Nemesis made a contract with wrath, who is Seth Twiright, and her parents are Kayo Sudou and Gallerian Marlon. Elluka was first reincarnated with her only change physically being her blonde hair going from straight to curly. Then she trades bodies with Lukana Octo during Madness of Duke Venomania, getting straight pink hair in return. Then she changes bodies again with Kayo Sudou and dubbing herself 'MA'. Now she has black hair that's straight. Gakupo is Venomania in Madness of Duke Venomania. This series has nothing to do with the actual vocaloids so no, Seth Twiright did not make them the present day Rin and Len. Rin is Riliane and Len is Allen from the story for a bit. The cat is Irina and she just helps with the chaos of the series, tricking Venomania and Marlon for examples. Most of these characters are reincarnations from previous characters, except for any Gakupo, Gumi, and Luka characters. All of Miku's are reincarnations of Eve, Kaito's are Adam, Len's Hansel, Rin's Gretel, and Meiko's Meta Salmhofer. Also there is no alternate universe, Barisol's children are stuck in thins thing called the Ark of Sin. If you need more explanation just ask!
Seeing as the piece for Wrath is supposed to be the forest, the guardian of the forest is the one who requested Elluka to gather the seven pieces, and that Gumi is confirmed to be the one to represent Wrath/The Master of the Hellish Yard in Judgement of Corruption, would that mean that Elluka is technically working under Gumi/The Master of the Hellish Yard ?
Please tell me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the reason Hansel and Gretal (?) created the original sin because Levia-Bohemo merged with the twins creating making them the incomplete reincarnations of Levia and Bohemo? Then Levia and Bohemo basically told the twins to release the demons of sin? But then at that point wasn't Elluka just Elluka/Levia/Bohemo in one body? So my question is why is Elluka clockworker (aka E+L+B) trying to stop something she basically created.
This theory probably has more holes in it then the titanic, BUUUUTTT~ What if each failed "dragon twins" set creates only more and more sins? I.E: Nemesis supposivly had a sister that died in a ship wreck in the song, what if they were another failed duo and thereby Nemesis went all wrath-crazy? First Nemesis and her step sister werent a duo, second it was Nemesis herself who killed her by the help of the very amazing octopus, third while the twins have been reborn a few times the last time was about 200-300 years before nemesiss time and both of the twins were sucked in to the red glass, gluttonys vessel and were later reborn as the servants. And lastly the MA project which created Hänsel and Gretel was kinda forced to close up when sin blew up the kingdom. So yeah no more god twins after that.

And when she got sucked in to the red glass well no more Gretels till the glass awoke as the master of the graveyard and Hänsels last reincarnation before becoming a servant was Lemy Abelard from Fifth Pierrot and well same thing happened to him as happened to his "sister", he got sucked in to the glass.

Well, they're not exactly born. If you look at the song "escape of the witch salmhofer", len and rin (hansel and gretel) are made from a "beaker", meaning they're human made. The woman who became the test subject/their mother is meiko (meta salmhofer).

Yes, also Project Ma and Abandoned on a Moonlit Night. And oddly enough the Madness of Duke Venomania, because at the end you see all the women that were in Venomania's castle. Then you see Elluka (the witch that was talking to the tree of Eldo) in front of the castle, presumably to get Venomania's sword to collect the sin of Lust.
It's is very complicated, but the story is amazing. There are several books about the story that have been written by MOTHY himself, which is why I know this. However, it is only in Japanese, which is why you should look it up at wikia - NOT wikipedia- it's extreamly helpful, & will even tell you when a new song has been created. I can't speak Japanese, let alone read it, and that's where I got all of the information I know on the subject, the information that couldn't be inferred, that is.

Trina Chan Actually, mothy already used Lily in one of the songs previous to this one. Although Lily plays a small role in the song, she is still used as a character in this particular series. In addition, Luka has been singing the part of this character (Elluka) since she was introduced, so it would make more sense that Luka sang Elluka's part than Lily. So yeah, that's why Luka is used instead of Lily. Also personally, I think Elluka looks a lot more like Luka than Lily does. But that's just me.

Len was first Hansel: Killed Adam and helped Gretel shove Eve into the stove. Second: Pollo. He was one of the two servants of the demon of Gluttony. He was the dim-wit in charge of livestock. Third: Fifth Pierrot: He was the son of Ms. Santa. He killed people in a similar manner to Jack the Ripper. He was even dressed as a jester (jack). So, yes. Len is just as much sinister.

Luca Rhammon I always saw Irregular as being Allen in the afterlife, being punished for the sins he committed in Daughter of Evil. Since Allen was not an image of Hansel, he they are not related in any way. Basically, consider Allen and Hansel as TWO separate people. One is a poor twin who was a servent for his sister, and the other a sinister little monster who wants to help the sins. Allen and Riliane were just twins who looked like Hansel and Gretel. I know; I find the story really confusing too... -_-

Yep! Moonlit bear took place EC001, Abandonment on a Moonlit Night took place EC014, and this takes place EC015. They're part of the Original Sin series. Another song, Recollective Orgel, takes place EC013 and describes more on Elluka up there. All this connects to all the Mothy songs, even Daughter of Evil
Mothy has created several "sub-series". The Original Sin Series, The Seven Deadly Sins' series, and the Story of Evil is even a substory IN a substory. XD The Clockwork Lullaby series is the serie that's kind of a "glue" through the whole story, Rin says that in "Clockwork Lullaby". The other Clockwork Lullaby's tell the in-between-story between certain events, while explaining what's more to come. :)

Mothy is very intel to put small hints into each story that makes it link to another. Like in the beginning it talks about the Forrest which starts it all and it the sin wrath which also ends it all cause wrath the last deadly sin finishes the story (till clockwork lullaby). But the soft lu li la sung by Rin and Len which you can hear in the end of the song appears in the clockwork lullaby series to tying these songs together with small hints.

Okay so - Seth creates Adam and Eve, Eve is impregnated with the Twin Gods but they die in her womb, Adam and Eve escape to Eldoh Forest, Seth uses MEIKO (Ma) for the new Twin Gods, she escapes with the Twins Hansel and Gretel, Eve finds them and kills Meiko out of grief for her own to dead children, Adam and Eve leave the children out in the forest, Hansel and Gretel learn that Eve was not their true mother and kill her, thus beginning the Chrono Story, which includes the Duke of Venomania, Evil Eater Conchita, etc.
Seth partnered with Adam (after Seth took Adam's mother away from him) and Eve to help them give birth to the Twin Gods, Cain and Abel, but they died, but you're correct with them escaping to Eldoh Forest. You're also correct with Meta (Who is MEIKO and the next choice for MA) and her children. Eve comes across Hansel and Gretel after Meta leaves them for a bit to find food, making Eve believe these are her children (who she thought are still alive) and runs back to Adam, accidentally killing Meta (believing she was a "bear"). Adam and Eve abandon Hansel and Gretel, 14-15 years later, they both find the "Witch's" (Eve) and her "Henchman's" (Adam) house by a bottle that their actual mother (Meta) used to feed them, and kill them. After Eve's death, the twins release the 7 sins, or "filth" as they are referred to, and this story explains Elluka Clockwork's role in the story, and how her "old friend", the Tree of Eldoh asks for Elluka to find the sins.

But due to the catastrofic events on the Magic Kingdom 14 years latter the food starts to lack. So, with no option, Eve and Adam abandon the twins. The go insane as try to go home and end up beliving they found the house of a witch and from now on you are pretty right XD

@@MLenLen don't mind me, I'm just adding how hansel and Gretel didn't know who their true mother is. the only thing they knew is that eve is their fake mother after realizing that they indeed killed eve and adam since they really did mistook them for as the "witch" and the "henchman" the 7 "filths" which are currently combined kept whispering to them about how they witnessed it all and that they are not eve's children since hers died due to a certain "error" and how they kept mocking Gretel for being naive since Gretel didn't really think about how eve and adam abandoned them. Gretel thought they were only playing hide and seek in the forest but got lost in the woods. However, hansel who knew about all of it didn't even correct Gretel since hansel is the only one who realized that they were abandoned.
So due to the fact, the cursed twins got annoyed by the 7 sins combined. they decided to split them into 7 and released them asking about "please purify the sins"
and you see the Hansel and Gretel (the childs) keep getting reborn ,as different person
but still following Meikos (as different person too) cause reminding their real mother ,

This is also where her and Lukana Octo swap bodies because after Venomania dies and the girls were free Lukana was pregnant with his child and people called her a whore for being in the harem. So Elluka took her body so Lukana can live her life peacefully with her kid. Although her family is kinda cursed and the Gakupo in Capprico farce is a descendent of hers.

Wait Elluka was using the body of lukana until she switched with Kayo Sudou and MA is sometimes called Kayo Sudou wouldn't that mean MA is Elluka. She could just be using Gallerian to collect the sins so it would be easier for her to use or destroy them. I mean she is a powerful sorceress she could use them to revive her dead lover. Or maybe Irina is also in there and MA is just a combined Irina and Elluka with Irina has more influence because she has many many years of controlling bodies.

This is what I think happened, but I'm not 100 percent sure. Correct me if I'm wrong. So Eve is Sloth, the doll, and the Miku character in the sloth song. Meiko made a deal with the devil for some reason (if someone could explain that to me, that may be nice), and became Gluttony. I think Len and Rin are ether hansel and grettel, or the alternate universe twins. The alternate universe twins are the twin dragons if I'm correct. Kaito in judgment of corruption is a reincarnation of Adam, and is trying to bring back the Eve doll. Luka is not anyone until Ma, the sorceress, takes her body. Wrath was going to be clockmaker, but ended up being Gumi. MA is mother to Gumi as well. Gaukpo isn't anyone either. In the story of evil, the scientist is back at the end, and makes Len and Rin as we know them today, and cat clockmaker is making everyone evil. My one main question is who is the 3rd body MA takes? Please correct me in your replies. I'm a little confused.

You are correct about Hansel and Gretel, and the fact the Eve is sloth. The character in the song for sloth, gift from the princess who brought sleep, is actual Margarita and she makes a contract with the sloth vessel. Meiko is Banica Conchita and she is tricked into making a contract with gluttony by her only friends and her servants that happen to be twins and reincarnations of Hansel and Gretel. Kaito is Gallerian Marlon and at this point in time the clockwork doll is no longer a vessel and is a normal doll. Nemesis, Gumi's character, kills off his wife and other daughter because she wants her father to understand that she is also his daughter that he doesn't know about. Marlon goes delusional and thinks the clockwork doll, that just happens to look exactly like his daughter that was killed, is his real daughter. Nemesis made a contract with wrath, who is Seth Twiright, and her parents are Kayo Sudou and Gallerian Marlon. Elluka was first reincarnated with her only change physically being her blonde hair going from straight to curly. Then she trades bodies with Lukana Octo during Madness of Duke Venomania, getting straight pink hair in return. Then she changes bodies again with Kayo Sudou and dubbing herself 'MA'. Now she has black hair that's straight. Gakupo is Venomania in Madness of Duke Venomania. This series has nothing to do with the actual vocaloids so no, Seth Twiright did not make them the present day Rin and Len. Rin is Riliane and Len is Allen from the story for a bit. The cat is Irina and she just helps with the chaos of the series, tricking Venomania and Marlon for examples. Most of these characters are reincarnations from previous characters, except for any Gakupo, Gumi, and Luka characters. All of Miku's are reincarnations of Eve, Kaito's are Adam, Len's Hansel, Rin's Gretel, and Meiko's Meta Salmhofer. Also there is no alternate universe, Barisol's children are stuck in thins thing called the Ark of Sin. If you need more explanation just ask!

Then Levia and Bohemo basically told the twins to release the demons of sin? But then at that point wasn't Elluka just Elluka/Levia/Bohemo in one body? So my question is why is Elluka clockworker (aka E+L+B) trying to stop something she basically created.

First Nemesis and her step sister werent a duo, second it was Nemesis herself who killed her by the help of the very amazing octopus, third while the twins have been reborn a few times the last time was about 200-300 years before nemesiss time and both of the twins were sucked in to the red glass, gluttonys vessel and were later reborn as the servants. And lastly the MA project which created Hänsel and Gretel was kinda forced to close up when sin blew up the kingdom. So yeah no more god twins after that.

zack fair I know. Rillianne and Allen were supposed to be the twins reincarnation but Neys birth messed up the cycle. And when she got sucked in to the red glass well no more Gretels till the glass awoke as the master of the graveyard and Hänsels last reincarnation before becoming a servant was Lemy Abelard from Fifth Pierrot and well same thing happened to him as happened to his "sister", he got sucked in to the glass.

Well, they're not exactly born. If you look at the song "escape of the witch salmhofer", len and rin (hansel and gretel) are made from a "beaker", meaning they're human made. The woman who became the test subject/their mother is meiko (meta salmhofer).
Kei Gumiya and, meiko didn't steal rin and len. Sorry for my bad english. And this is only what I got from the story so I'm not sure. It might be best to look it up on the evillious wiki.
Kei Gumiya She technically stole them. The duo were apparently the factory's, and she didn't give a damn and wanted those two children to live better than she had, so she broke them out.

Yes, also Project Ma and Abandoned on a Moonlit Night. And oddly enough the Madness of Duke Venomania, because at the end you see all the women that were in Venomania's castle. Then you see Elluka (the witch that was talking to the tree of Eldo) in front of the castle, presumably to get Venomania's sword to collect the sin of Lust.
It's is very complicated, but the story is amazing. There are several books about the story that have been written by MOTHY himself, which is why I know this. However, it is only in Japanese, which is why you should look it up at wikia - NOT wikipedia- it's extreamly helpful, & will even tell you when a new song has been created. I can't speak Japanese, let alone read it, and that's where I got all of the information I know on the subject, the information that couldn't be inferred, that is.

I meant that mothy was very probably inspired by the seven deadly sins existing in the Roman Catholic denomination of Christianity (for example expressed by some of Hieronymus Bosch's drawings; I'm pretty sure you know who this guy is^^)

I'd love to. Hieronymus Bosch was a dutch artist during the renaissance in Europe. He made several works concerned with christian faith/mythology, life and death and also the dark characteristics of mankind. Famous works are for example "The Garden of Earthly Delights", "The Ascension to the Heavenly Paradise" or "The Seven Deadly Sins and the Last Four Things". Eapecially the last one is interesting for EC-Fans (Keywords: Seven Deadly Sins, Master of the ...).

Trina Chan Actually, mothy already used Lily in one of the songs previous to this one. Although Lily plays a small role in the song, she is still used as a character in this particular series. In addition, Luka has been singing the part of this character (Elluka) since she was introduced, so it would make more sense that Luka sang Elluka's part than Lily. So yeah, that's why Luka is used instead of Lily. Also personally, I think Elluka looks a lot more like Luka than Lily does. But that's just me.

Len was first Hansel: Killed Adam and helped Gretel shove Eve into the stove.
Second: Pollo. He was one of the two servants of the demon of Gluttony. He was the dim-wit in charge of livestock.
Third: Fifth Pierrot: He was the son of Ms. Santa. He killed people in a similar manner to Jack the Ripper. He was even dressed as a jester (jack).
So, yes. Len is just as much sinister.
(Don't forget about Allen. That brat did killed his foster father for his twin sister.)
And Irregular??? I don't understand they said he did something unforgivable on Re:Birthday, but WHAT it is?!

I always saw Irregular as being Allen in the afterlife, being punished for the sins he committed in Daughter of Evil. Since Allen was not an image of Hansel, he they are not related in any way. Basically, consider Allen and Hansel as TWO separate people. One is a poor twin who was a servent for his sister, and the other a sinister little monster who wants to help the sins.
Allen and Riliane were just twins who looked like Hansel and Gretel.

Yep! Moonlit bear took place EC001, Abandonment on a Moonlit Night took place EC014, and this takes place EC015. They're part of the Original Sin series. Another song, Recollective Orgel, takes place EC013 and describes more on Elluka up there. All this connects to all the Mothy songs, even Daughter of Evil

Mothy has created several "sub-series". The Original Sin Series, The Seven Deadly Sins' series, and the Story of Evil is even a substory IN a substory. XD
The Clockwork Lullaby series is the serie that's kind of a "glue" through the whole story, Rin says that in "Clockwork Lullaby".
The other Clockwork Lullaby's tell the in-between-story between certain events, while explaining what's more to come. :)

There's a reason for that... Handbeat Clocktower is a remix of Heartbeat. Mothy did it to promote one of his novels. They were meant to line up, me thinks.... especially because of that last part.

this is the original story of 'hansel and gretel' and it shows how the twins released the sins, so in a way their related but the madness of duke venomania is the first song of the actual sin series.
For no apparent reason this song gave me goose bumps again and again ;o;
