I mean, it ended, so it isn't too odd? And with there being no official translations, and having to rely on other fans to make sense of this entire 1,000+ year story... it's a commitment for sure, lol.

@@PKlovesDW its not that its odd but its sad. Many songs, novels, animes are older than it yet they are still pretty popular. This should have gotten the proper attention, proper translation, proper guides etc. But it didn't. Thats the sad part. Many people today dont even know what EC even is. That is whats sad.

@@catman4859 Oh, for sure! But that goes for everything, unfortunately. As long as there are people to enjoy this mad, mad story, who reply and interact, even after all these years, there's nothing to be sad about, I think :). Though, indeed, I wish someone would pick up the manga/novels, and translate them officially. I'd buy them all, honestly.

Could be that, yeah! there is no canon interpretation and the Mari/Something thing makes a lot of sense! I personally thought that it might be Omori (smaller than Sunny and he has the hair tuft sticking out)- since in the hiki route headspace/Omori is taking over, this is the first indicator that Sunny is loosing his place in reality (his safe space even).

Yeah, after I uhhh ran away from it the first time (xD) I tried to find a playthrough with it, but people either didn't have this event or also ran away lol

That would makes sense ;( I thought it might be Omori, since the sprite is smaller than Sunny and the hair is similiar (since this is the Hikki route and reality and headspace kinda start to blend together...)

@@Angil93 this happened on my omori run too, when i tried to go to bed and sunny walked i was like wtf, until i notice the bed, i just said "well, i gues its big bed today" and went straight to mom's room but it didnt let me sleep there t.t

Actually it means Mem Aleph (the symbols of water and air in Hebrew mythology respectively) and was a title given to the girl who would bear the twin children of the gods. As for the character Ma she is the merging of two Mem Alephs (Eve and Irina) and (kinda) a candidate for the position (Elluka, actually Levia). So the name makes sense.
