Blanch it and leave it dipped in water in the fridge,make sure you change the water every two days.. it will last you for a week or even more.( after you are done with the garnishing that is...lol)

Growing up for birthday's or special days I'd wake up early and make a food face with whatever food was on hand and that the person liked. Lol it became a traditional in my family. If it was a special day, my family knew they were getting a breakfast face. You inspire me to keep creating and discovering new possablies. Maybe one day I'll go back to school and become a chef.
