Unfortunately, Bungie confirmed Wicked Implement as well as Conditional Finality are not bugged, Anti-Barrier Scout Rifle artifact mod is intentionally not working on those two exotics due to their unique traits.
I think the "problem" with the barriermods this season is that it states that you shoot "fire rounds" to penetrate tge barriers of said champions. Since ice and fire negate each other it's not working. Its the same with the conditional finality shotgun from RON that doesn't get the barrier perk, but all the other shotguns do. I might be wrong with that because I didn't test other stasis shotguns/scouts but that might be it. Or it's bugged, you choose 😂
Mac, I pulled out your Prismatic spirit of cyrtarachne's / inmost light build for episode start and it just creams this build. I'm sorry but i'm struggling to see how this is worth it, it seems kinda wonky and easily disruptable when others are around.
Artifact mods, like the one that makes crystal spikes shoot out of broken crystals, and the one in the last column that makes frozen enemies create a fog that freezes other enemies and slows them makes this build 100% better

Hi ! Same issue here with wicked implement but any other scout rifles can stun properly. Is it a bug or something?
@@Terranan1it’s a bug they’ll fix it later
@@sirddays8162 they removed wicked implement from AB Scout since it already can slow and shatter so it is already anti overload and unstoppable. it cant be all 3 so they disabled AB for it. Just like Conditional Finality isnt AB either.
Wicked Implement has built-in Overload stuns because of the slow debuff. So you can't apply seasonal anti champion mods
@@sirddays8162 it's not a bug stop making stuff up. Bungie admitted it's by design since it can already stun 2 champs
Been missing the destiny build videos from my goat! Loved this video👌
I ended up going with buried bloodline and a pugilist headstone disparity. Gives the build a ton of spare healing and helps gen more duskfields.
thanks for the build video, I was on the fence between prismatic and stasis and you confirmed stasis is superior !
Hey mactics, are you going to make a video on young ahamkaras spine? I think they reverted the previous nerf
This build with icebreaker is diabolical
ritual weapon will go crazy on this build
The Legos really took off lol congrats
Mactics build content holy peak
got this build going with triple 100s thanks for this video!
Looks like I’m coming back to destiny for this build, I love me some stasis hunter
Thanks Mate. Greets from Berlin, Germany ❤
so excited for new episode builds! nice hoodie
Primer huh? Warframe lingo is getting to you xD
I was about to say the same thing
Same here
Nah, that's Anthem talk
Nothing to do w warframe, when he says "Headshot an enemy to spawn a crystal as a primer" he means this will prime (ready) his exotic item effect
@@KUROHlTSUGllook at who doesn’t watch warframe 🤥
Love your builds. I've used so many of them. What about Artifact: Power From Pain, paired with a Void Grenade launcher such as Edge Transit ? I have Chain Reaction & Bait & Switch
Coldsnaps are the way with this build the dome size of the duskfields without the renewal grasps is too small you want an instant freeze that chains
Note: from previous tests slow doesn’t stun overloads if you have unstoppable or anti barrier on said weapon
It still turns off their spam and their healing, but doesn't lock them down. I had no problems dealing with Overloads despite being Radiant with my Riptide for that reason.
Wicked Implement isn't bugged. Bungie confirmed it's by design.
The new vangard Auto seems interesting with this
I think the new Fair Judgment auto rifle would be good, since it has Rimestealer and Headstone on it.
Quick note: Exotic engrams decoded at the first tier focusing only give 75. Exotics decoded without focusing give 150
Coldsnap grenades are the way with this exotic
I would be interested in seeing it with our old school heavy stasis glaive
Ager has been strong for a while now. I think it gets slept on.
My Demolitionist/Headstone Horror Story should work out nicely with this me thinks
I use the handgun bald ending with headstone and firefly, it's super fun with statis too
Hello Mactics, try the Ahamkhara arms again, they reversed the nerf and it's great again !!
gyrfalcons + fighting lion is the metaaaaa
What shader is that and the armor set? That looks so nice dude
Wicked Implement DOES NOT work with barrier, confirmed by Bungie
Ahamkaras spine is back baby!! I can use your tripmine build once more
"A subjugater ew. Its probably fine... AH" 😂
Thank u for the build , i dod how ever switch to glacier gernade and shatter dive , from my old build
Damn bro this Frost build is crazy need to try this once i got the mods for it
Unfortunately, Bungie confirmed Wicked Implement as well as Conditional Finality are not bugged, Anti-Barrier Scout Rifle artifact mod is intentionally not working on those two exotics due to their unique traits.
Source?
I think the "problem" with the barriermods this season is that it states that you shoot "fire rounds" to penetrate tge barriers of said champions. Since ice and fire negate each other it's not working. Its the same with the conditional finality shotgun from RON that doesn't get the barrier perk, but all the other shotguns do. I might be wrong with that because I didn't test other stasis shotguns/scouts but that might be it. Or it's bugged, you choose 😂
That's not how it works lol, "fire rounds" as in "shoots rounds", not "rounds made of fire"
@NemSumeragi makes more sense, lmao
My english sucks sometimes. Thanks for the heads up
It's because those weapons already stun overload and unstoppable champions by themselves. So adding anti barrier to them is a bit over powered
conditional finality also seems bugged for barrier shotgun
Interesting. I went wintershroud and then whisper of rime instead of conduction and whisper of hunger instead of grenade recharge
Someone finally experienced the foot glitch finally besides me thought I was losing it
Its been happening for a long time
It's a very old glitch that happens in the Tower frequently. The character model is just zoomed very close to the camera for some reason.
But i do agree the hunter exotic rn seems as if its a little lack luster, but we also have to remember and take into account that the exotic is bugged, and it doesnt proc like it should actually be doing. Once the bug is fixed this exotic will be kicked up alot in terms of usefulness and damage from all the crystals
0:55 Well, anyone who ever wanted "Feet pics", there you go! 😂
Ive got a bold endings demo/headstone that I can’t wait to try with this.
Good video!
Do you have a link to build?
Sickest mask/helmet for hunters atm.. we hunter mains actually do get spoiled when it comes to dresstiny lol
You could swap out touch of winter with winters shroud since it will slow on doge and give class ability regen and go for glacier grenade
Agers scepter is hands down the best for this
Salvations grip is goated with this build
