My main problem with postpartum hair loss with pregnancy #1 was edges and crown thinning. I'm hoping this time around it isn't as bad. Might wear my hair primarily straight during the loss bc it's easier to detangle than when super curly.
It's crazy how before the baby is born your hair is all shiny and looking healthy and full then after people just expreince hair loss

Why do some women go through this and others don't??? My edges grew back but my hair is still thin and my child is 15 months old. I also had this with my first child but not as bad as this time. 😫😫😫

I swear I believe it's something in those vitamins they tell us to take. The more I took the prenatal vitamins the more my hair came out after I had my child. But once I stopped my hair started to grow back
@@gwadkarukera It's hormonal, because for the most part your hair doesn't shed while you're pregnant but after the baby is born your body starts to regulate itself again and that's what causes the shedding.

I don't understand the pulling up of the hair after installing it. Most hairstylists suggest you not to pull the hair up into a ponytail after getting extensions - takes a bit for the hair to settle in. Also why pull on the tapes so hard after just putting them in?
