I cannot be thankful enough for the content that you make. I’m so happy to see nonbinary transmasc representation in workout videos, and I love that there is a video out there as specific as post-op workout recommandations. This is epic man, super helpful! I was given the go-ahead post top surgery to go back to the gym yesterday so will be using this as I get back into the swing of things :) Congrats on your top surgery!
I'm finishing week 5 and heading into week 6 post-op and decided I really need a better plan for moving into workouts again. I was in great shape pre-pandemic and ready for surgery and everything got cancelled. Then we changed insurance... and long story short in the years it took to get here things happened that caused me to go through oncology instead of plastics and guaranteed insurance covered it whether they wanted to or not. I got super unhealthy during the pandemic as my dysphoria skyrocketed along with my depression as an extrovert having to stay away from people. No more. It's time to get back on track. I love the attitude you have and also that you are a smaller channel but with the training and desire to help people. I am hoping to get started with you through your website and app but have a couple questions. Do you work with older clients (40+) and... do you have patience for those of us with shift work and ADHD hurdles to overcome in our weekly schedules?

Tomorrow makes 6 weeks post op with double Mastectomy. These videos are extremely helpful thank you 😊 I’ve been cleared to lift 10-20lbs
