The string and cables on my Hoyt Invicta were looking a little rough, so I ordered up a new set from Mean Moose Archery (based in Eastern Canada) and figured I'd share my process for swapping them out.
This is a super easy process if you have access to a bow press. I tried to record this as best as I could, but I'm not thrilled with the results. It's difficult for me to do the string swap while also getting good footage. Hopefully I can get better at that in the future.
Thank you to Canada Archery Online for letting me record the video at your shop - www.canadaarcheryonline.com/

Great vid. Only thing I would add as I've owned many mean Moose strings, is there twisted perfect to spec. So don't just take the ends apart and lay them loose to untwist. Do your best to hold the ends so they stay twisted

    A few things:
    1. Measurements, nock position, peep height, etc. Always better to "eyeball" these after with some numbers written down.
    2. Careful not to add or remove too many twists to the new strings. Most good ones are twisted exactly to spec from the ... bag.
    3. On many slides you can't do this one cable at a time. Must do both at once. Pics WILL help.
    4. Ideally that first pull should be done in a draw board, and slowly.
    Cheers!
