How to remove the glass panel
You kinda just carefully pry. The whole plastic part around the front glass will detach with it. I did it with a flat-head screwdriver. It is easiest to pry from a corner first.
where you connect the power of bridg rgb to the motherboard
I did not connect it to motherboard. I just connected the RGB button in the front panel to the RGB hub.

How to remove the leds?
If you mean the front led fans, you have to pry the front off (carefully, because it has a glass panel)
