    Hey, not bad! I usually do hammer curls to shoulder press. Never thought about adding a squat to the mix. Great video.

    THIS IS A GREAT EXERCISE IF YOU ARE SOMEONE LOOKING TO BE MORE EXPLOSIVE, KEEP THE FLEXIBILITY IN YOU MUSCLES AND BE MORE EFFICIENT IN THE WEIGHT ROOM, THIS IS FOR ATHLETES. IF YOU ARE A BODYBUILDER THIS IS NOT FOR YOU, BODYBUILDING IS ALL ABOUT LOW REPS AND HEAVY WEIGHTS AT A SLOW PACE

    we can use this exercise even if we have done squats,biceps and shoulders? If yes it's a good exercise to end our workout?

    this is stupid. just do a squat and press separately.
