'I hate you, roll 20!' - Me, every time, forever. Played a High Elf Bard on a 3.5 pirate game a while back. Began with a shortbow. With that shortbow, every single attack roll was a natural two. D: This carried over to the next sap that picked up the bow when I traded it out for a longbow.
For a long time I've been wanting to play a black scale brass dragonborn gloomstalker with the reason for the black scales being corruption while in her egg but because of her parents' sacrifice, her egg wasn't fully corrupted. If this game can allow me to play out that character.... Very tempting!
I'm currently playing a green Dragonborn who was saved by a gloomstalker ranger when he was a kid after his entire family was killed by a group of monsters. The ranger was an extremist and believed in the purging of all monsters (even ones that could be reasoned with). Now grown up, he's on a personal quest to exterminate ALL monsters from every plane. Even if the "monsters" happen to be a race of people. However, he wishes to be the savior of all people in Faerun (and seen as such). So, if he doesn't consider you a monster, he's extremely cordial and is always willing to give a helping hand if you're in need. He also never steals or lies to people (even if it will get him or his party in trouble). His alignment is Lawful Neutral.
I saw one streamer create a dragon sorcerer with blue dragon ancestry and black scales on the face, so if you can't do it with a dragonborn character, I'd complain.

This is so cool. I have seen a handful of videos showing the intro to the game. But, this was the first time I saw any party tackle and beat the demon commander at the beginning for that flaming sword.
I actually keep coming back to check if another episode has come and it didn't pop up on my feed for some reason. I know you all have busy schedules but I'm excited to watch you all play together!
So in my game, it kind of glitched out I think because despite having a full party I was still able to have shadow heart and Lae’zel join in the fight against the Cambion so I had 6 allies plus the mind flayer lol
yep i been looking for a group to watch play BG3 and this group is the best for me to my tastes by far! shame its only every other week but that just makes it feel like bg3 is 1 of there campains now lol

i wish my dnd group members would be down to play multiplayer. but im the only one out off all my dnd groups whos beaten the game and gotten 200+ hours in and so no one else wants to start another save yet xD
My experience with that loot-able corpse the day before the stream resulted in three back-to-back crashes that reset all of my settings and acted like a fresh install each time. Even after verifying integrity for the files and effectively reinstalling the game, it was still a problem. I can only assume that the most recent patch had done something to it, so I advised everyone to avoid it since it wasn't important in the long run.
There's a special interaction with the Dark Urge on that body, which might've caused problems for some non-Urge characters. Personally, I've never had the issue, but maybe I never interacted with the body on a build where the issue was happening.
