    Loved this! Had been needing to focus on upper body for a couple of wks, but lower body & cardio gets most of my attention. So, this upper body & cardio is perfect! Thanks Linda!❤

    Loved it. I was planning on going to pool but to tired from Caroline girvan this morning, had second wind and was so glad this popped up like an early bday gift.

    Ioved it. I done this and last one with a light hula hoop. Gather up such a sweat with it. I love progressing.
