- I am training for an upcoming pilgrimage in Europe. This means I am doing a whole lot of walking in my home city. I stop in various places for you to get a peek. In this episode I get myself a good old fashioned New England style Fish and Chips. And, share it with the seagulls.
Of all the things I love, the starry night sky is top of the list ... but a good fish and chips is definitely a close second :)

Ah, Dr Berg! I learned so much from him about Keto, I totally changed my way of eating in 2018, I lost a TON of weight, reversed my T2 Diabetes, Fatty Liver Disease, High Blood Pressure and Acid reflux!!
What he's talking about is "Glycation", high amounts of fat combined with high carbohydrates (it all turns to sugar in your system) causes the platelets to become "sticky" which leads to heart/circulatory issues.
FF's are cooked in toxic oils anyway, but the high fat with the high-sugar ketchup is a bad combination, you can also think of Chinese Chicken Fingers with the all carb, oil soaked batter dipped in the sugary duck sauce or Pork Ribs slathered in sugary BBQ Sauce

I live in Cave Creek and was born in Fall River and your so right about the seafood. They give you a Mrs Paul's fillet and call it fish and chips
